My DS took the cologne from the kit, as well as the lavender scent .. and few others while he was at it. I don't mind, we tend to share kits and advents.

Loving the Ex Nihilo Lust In Paradise Extrait. Possibly one of my favourite Ex Nihilo. To me this is lush yellow flowers - I must be crap at describing these things as fragrantica mentions rose which I don't get at all. It's not particularly rose forward.

Metal lavendar I tried a sample of a while back and found it a bit overpowering, but dries down nice. I may get used to it.

I don't find Lust in Paradise rise heavy at all. I like it alot, i will give it full day wear tomorrow.

Double scoop I suspect will give me that plasticy smell many vanillas do.

Loved Adelhi Sun today and it lasted all day.

Against all odds i am also enjoying the bibbi deep lotus! I really didn't like it on first spritz but it's a changer and the vanilla comes out as it dries. So anyone who didn't like this at first and wrote it off, give it another chance. I'm curious about fruity ouds right now and this isn't an oud but is something in that ballpark according to fragrantica reviews.

I fell in love with blackberry oud in Zara yesterday but couldn't justify £36.99 for a full bottle with all these other ones just landed. I know that doesn't usually stop me. .

That sounds right up my street, I’m a huge laundry/clean scent fan!

Hello . So I’ve been watching Daniel Rene on tik tok. He sets a lot of store in the dupes or some original fragrance buy different lower priced offerings . Has anyone an opinion on his recommendations ?

Lust in paradise smells like walking in beautiful garden with many different flowers including the greens early in the morning when is fresh. I get some rose bit it's not rose perfume to my nose. I will test it next to Ellis Brooklyn florist to see if I find them seimilar, as this is similar vibe

I have 3 of deep lotus for swap of anyone if interested. Will be happy with one that I acually want to try.

Florist is not similar to Lust in Paradise, they just gave me that many different flowers vibe. Florist is sweeter, it has jasmine which some find problematic at the start. Ex Nihilo it's fresher but also have synthetics/molecule to my nose but not too strong. I like both

ok Deep Lotus is great. My goodness. Reminds me of being a scrappy baby goth and wearing lots of Lush and patchouli perfumes - Deep Lotus is what I thought I'd smell like as a grown up sophisticated goth. Lovely and dark and fruity, and whatever is happening with the papyrus and labdanum is tremendous. Looking forward to taking this for a ride in cooler weather.

Both Double Scoop and Pearl of Dawn were a disappointment though - I don't think there's a vanilla-forward perfume out there at the moment that doesn't turn to plastic on me.

I finished 10ml, and I have 10ml backup and I also have 150ml of this. Love it in the summer!

I actually end up wearing combination of St Bartz spray and Ellis Brooklyn Miami Nectar. Both have pina colada vibe, both poor longevity.

Adelphi sun today. Wasn't sure at first as has grapefruit notes and I dont like grapefruit but its subtle and expertly blended. Lasts a while too.

Decided against the adelphi sun on second thoughts. I just can't get on with the grapefruit. Nice to try though.

SOTE is Mango Skin. This I do like. It's sweet but also a bit zingy but not like a citrus. Perfect balance of sweet and zing.

SOTD was Delina. I couldn't decide what I felt like wearing this morning and I often find Delina is a good default on those days. Pleasant and not overpowering so I never regret putting it on iyswim.

Ex Nihilo 'Lust in Paradise' this evening - gorgeous gorgeous, a proper fresh soapy outdoorsy floral (and I usually hate that type of scent); also a smidge of an intriguing spice-woods drydown. Lovely.

Bedtime scent is Bibbi deep lotus. Suprise win of the set. I love the way it starts off tart blackberry and dries down to soft vanilla. Can see why it is described as 'almost oudy' .

I have so been enjoying the scent kit thus far. Still to try the pearl.of dawn, Citric and Ophera infernal.

I got the Bibbi in the Harrods tote. Was also a surprise win for me as I haven't gelled with Bibbi previously.

And me! I really like it too and also usually not a fan of bibbi fragrances.

My SOTD has been Sana jardin air of Aquarius. I think this is really nice and fresh, great for summer.

No perfume for me today. Austrian wasps seem to like it far too much 😱
