What is your fav perfume and which one have you received the most compliments?

I have used Alien by Thierry Mugler and get a lot of compliments when I use that perfume. I am currently wearing Kenzo and just received one compliment.

I loved Gucci back in the day. It’s a shame they stopped making it.

I bought a cheap perfume from Lidl after my friend swore by it. I think it resembled Channel.
I wore it for work and got more compliments than I ever have from wearing expensive perfumes.
I don’t usually shop in Lidl but might have to go and try and find it again.

Lo Labo, 13. I got it as a sample in an M&S xmas beauty calendar and have just started using it, everyone is commenting on it. I looked it up and it's £300 for a normal sized bottle!!

We should all be buying Zara fragrance to support Jo Malone!

Same re alien and also ditto Angel.
They are both quite strong and distinctive but quite divisive. You’ll get a million people popping up on here to tell you how it gives them a migraine, makes them feel sick etc etc 🤣

Been wearing Sisley’s Eau du Soir for about 20 years. Can’t smell it at all now. But I remember the way I felt the first time I smelled it. Sometimes I feel like a change ..

Eden perfume does a lovely vegan dupe of this and much cheaper. It is probably the only perfume I get compliments on😄

I wear Coach floral love zara ones too. But finding scents not long lasting now

I adore perfumes, my favourite is Le Labo Another 13 but I only wear it at weekends because it’s so expensive. I wear Le Labo The Noir in Autumn & winter mild days. I wear Van Cleef & Arpels-Oud Blanc on really cold winter days. I wear Jo Malone-Wood Sage & Sea Salt on hot Summer Days & Chloe Nomade is my work perfume. I would say Wood Sage & Sea Salt is my most complimented.

I still love Chanel 5, also Elizabeth Arden Red Door, always get compliments, plus the older Guerlain Mitsuko & Shalimar.
Personal choices, thanks goodness we are all different!! No right or wrong!

I am wearing Phlur Cherry Stem today and have had so many compliments from my friends and my DH. It is notorious for not lasting long but it is going strong 7 hours after I applied it.

Very late to the party but just wanted to say that Prescriptives were taken over by Clinique and Calyx is still on sale, same perfume but now called Clinique Calyx.
My personal current favourites are Vanilla Powder and the original Miss Dior and Diorama, mostly complimented on Diorama.

Angels Share is my favourite. I've never been complimented on it but DH accidentally doused himself in it one morning before work as he was half asleep and he said he got complimented by 3 different women on how amazing he smelled 😂

The perfume I've been complemented on most is a cheapy - Al Rehab Choco Musk (and more recently, the Marshmallow version). A woman stopped in me in Sainsbury's just the other day to ask what I was wearing.

Do you like it?

I love it. It's light but has depth to it. Really unique. I wear it most days and I've had many compliments. I use all the Dean St products; shampoo, conditioner, body wash and the perfume. If they did Dean St in a deodorant, i'd use that too.

I have to add another one, if you like very sweet gourmand milky perfumes like Bianco Latte. Lataffa Eclaire smells similar but better (Bianco Latte had an odd burnt note I can't stand) for a fraction of the price and longeivity is something else. I sprayed it in the bathroom and could still smell it there 3 days later.

I've gone back to CK One recently and I like CK Be as well. Also have a tiny bottle of Chloë.

Used to wear Chloë Narcisse and the pink Eau de Dali back in the day and those were the two people commented on.

Same - I love this perfume!
