There’s definitely a glitch on their system. I bet they have put us all under POST PASS rather than Kindred.

Unless, of course, a gift turns up anyway, (but I doubt it as it’s not showing on the order).

Funny I’ve just checked. Mine says post pass too and I’m Kindred. Don’t know if that makes a difference.

Interesting @Countmeout It’s NEVER before said Post Pass on one of my orders since I got Kindred.

If everyone who hasn’t been given a gift this time has an order with PP on and everyone with a gift has an order stating FREE, then I have cracked it 😹 Otherwise, who knows 🤷‍♀️

Ordered the decho sun hat that I hope is amazing (looks like a beloved hat I was given for my 9th bday) and it says post pass as opposed to kindred (winter renewal for me). Hat looks huge on (my favourite!) model but I do have rather a large head so maybe it’ll work!

@IlovePond on the email that includes the notice of the kindred gift it says post pass for me also.

So much for that theory 🤣

So is it only @ScallopShellWalk who's receiving a gift? No-one else?

Mine says post pass too.

I’ll let you all know if I actually receive anything. It seems I’m the odd one out so maybe I won’t receive a gift.

I’m wondering if it’s only the marketing book and the person setting up the order inputted kindred gift in error. Plus all the new sales because of the reworn “sale” maybe has upset the process. I think it’s arriving tomorrow so all will be revealed.

maybe it’s because you’re new to kindred 🤔 you said it was your first gift? That’d make some sort of sense! My enamel splatter bowl is still an all time favourite, my mum covers it!

Just chatted to CS about an unrelated order and asked about the gift. There’s been a technical issue and they’re including the gifts manually (so they’ll be in your parcels, but not in emails).

Friday and Saturday - rather than the whole weekend- that’s mixing it up a bit!

I think I will be able to persuade DH that a couple of days in Somerset is a good idea. (We are both still fed up about our Easter holiday being ruined being trapped in a field for four days!)

Do people want a surprise or to know what it is, if I happen to receive it first. Though I think we all ordered on the same day so probably we will all get it together. I’m quite excited about it. 😆

Had a couple of home items saved and the Kindred gift tipped me into buying now instead of later. Gift has been added to my order - no despatch email as yet.
