Thanks. I love to see what's coming but im sick of seeing exfolikate products now. Theres only so much I can pass on to dd. Would have preferred a more soothing one as its winter. 🥰

I’m cancelling my beauty drop once I’ve spent all my credit (going to use it up this week).

I actually feel a huge sense of relief now that I am finally coming towards the end of a big stash of stuff from boxes and edits and GWPs.

I have realised that I would rather be using something that I actually like and makes a difference to my skin, rather than using up endless small tubes of random stuff just because it’s there.

I will of course still visit these threads all the time, mostly because there are so many good product recommendations from everyone!

BUT I will only be buying something (a) if I need a product - so no buying a serum when I have 6 still to use up - and (b) preferably with a discount!

Did anyone buy into the £15 voucher deal from cult beauty last week with the £60 spend - just wondering how you actually get the voucher 🙈 is it an email or physical? I don’t want to ask Cult as I got it when it was the 40% code blip so feel a bit cheeky chasing it up 🤣🙈

I got one from the same offer, mine came as an email within about 30 mins of the order. Maybe check and see the offer was still in your basket as it dropped from mine as the discount took it below the spend threshold so I added something else to take it back over

Thanks to pp who recommended the 15% new customer at Tatcha. I used a different email which gave me the discount, and managed to get the same moisturiser combo. I was going to avoid, but my skin is still sensitive after a recent perioral dermatitis bout and the indigo cream is so soothing, it really did end up being a bargain and more importantly something I’ll use!! Thank you!

Well my no spending until I’ve opened my BACs fell flat on its face.

I’ve treated myself to an hourglass brush whilst on offer at Space NK, it’s the evil eye one which I know it’s the newest but it matches my palette from last year and is the sort of brush combo that I want. That’s my birthday treat to myself… until I see something else I want!… actually writing this I’ve realised that my birthday treat was supposed to be the Versace Crystal Noir perfume…oops 🙈😅

I also purchased Kate Somerville skin saviours (goat milk trio) while it was on offer, as I really like the cleanser, and despite buying a full size one recently, it will get used up.

Incidentally, for those of us who purchased the bargainous HG brush set off Vinted, I think it’s safe to say they are dupes - while I was looking for another brush I googled them and the exact set came up on Ali Express 😅
I’ll still use them until they fall apart.

Haha, I’m usually impatient like that, but I was surprisingly restrained with my pre-Christmas bargains (and obviously my BACs). In fact there’s still some things that I have not properly unboxed.

Just got my Liberty beauty drop box. I don’t think it’s as good as the previous two I have had. I was hoping to put some of it in my refilled DIY Liberty calendar for Xmas 26 but with such small sizes, I will just use them up now.

I will keep BD going for the moment as I want to buy the calendar again, but I think it will just be for this year.

Space NK have an in app gwp for a £125 spend on skincare.

I have to say, this is much better from SpaceNK in terms of products sizes. I never bother with their GWPs as usually every item is 5ml or less.

I'm fully stocked though after the Cult Beauty 40% discount so will pass on this. Although the YTP Adaptogens cleanser has caught my eye as I love their Superfood cleanser.

I like the look of the SNK gwp but after all the advent calendars, I really can't justify spending more money on skincare 🙈

I got the Kate Somerville set, well 2 😲🤣, when they did the £10 off £50 offer a bit ago. It was a dopamine hit as they are ok for me but not great. Ive used the moisturiser its ok but a bit runny. Probably better for Spring/Summer. I tried the sun drops that were in it, without any expectations and really lik them so worth getting. Phew!
I wouldn't have liked to have paid full price for them alone as expensive but also got a lip oil in the set so all good. 😍

I have £30 in vouchers for space nk but im the same JoRaRaRa. Have tonnes of skincare. I could have found a new face tint, etc but not more skin care. Not opened all events yet and my emelis and tacha have arrived.

Not good 😢 she got too excited last night (despite our efforts to keep her calm) and dislocated her hip again. I can still hear the horrific cry she did 🤢 So we were back at the emergency vets and she had to stay over. It looks like she's going to need the operation after all 😭

@Doglover73 shes been on gabapentin to keep her sedated, which we ran out of on Saturday. I did ask them if we should have some more and they said no, and now she's ended up back there. I feel really annoyed that they dismissed me.

I did do something really naughty last night though. I saw that cult beauty had the new Patrick Ta blush palettes in stock, so I bought them both along with the small sculpting brush, which was basically free as I got a £15 gift card for spending over £75. The code BDCB took 20% off, so for the 2 palettes and the duo brush, it was £76.

I decided I was having these when I first saw the teaser a month ago, so they don't count as a spend and obviously the brush just makes sense.

It made me feel better for about 10 mins.
