I had a good experience with Sephora this morning. I shopped with them for the first time in the January sales, bought their skincare favourites - but a few days later they told me it was out of stock. They gave me a £5 voucher for the inconvenience. I logged on this morning and I also had £5 of rewards to redeem (from that purchase that was cancelled!) and I managed to get the new medik8 niacinamide peptides with another £5 off too, by adding Medik8 to my favourite brands (which get 10% off). So I got it for £34 rather than £49 which I'm very pleased with 😁

You did better than me, they didn't even tell me they weren't going to send it, I had to message and then wait a good week for a reply. No voucher no nothing. Stupidly whilst waiting I ordered again and made sure I spent extra to get their rewards voucher but with not getting the points for the previous order I wasted time and money buying something I didn't need really for no reason. Lesson learned.

Did you get the free gift? That was one of reasons I ordered but I'm curious to know whether it would have been worth it as I have no idea what it was.

Nice selection but App only for SNK 🙄plus £125 on skincare only, no chance.

I will add that although it is skincare only some of the edits count as skincare, including the latest gym one and some of the older ones.
The summer glow edit is reduced and the I do edit both count as skincare, I ordered these and added a patchology eye mask to take me over the spend amount.
I am a big fan of the bag in the I do edit and use them for storage

Ah no. 😪 So sorry. Its pretty impossible to keep them calm 24/7. Id be fuming as well. Bloody hopeless.

Sounds very expensive. We've had bills of a few thousand in the past. So expensive and could have been avoided by the sounds of it. They'll likely argue they didnt want to use the medication too long but now an operation is likely needed. 😪

I got some erborian last week the new red serum and got a mini kit with it. The redness serum sinks in really well. The Centella barrier cream has a lovely texture the goes on matte. Not tried long enough to see if they help with redness but good textures for day time.
Mentioning because they're currently exclusive to SNK and are skincare.

The reviews for the SNK app are terrible - I only just got it but I assume it's very glitchy

I'm pretty amazed how many of you order things and then then the retailers decide they don't have it and cancel the orders! They must have awful stock control.

I have not gone for the gwp but just wanted to say for anyone tempted due to the the YTTP mini size - don't!

I have one of those little glass bottles with the Superfood cleanser and you can't get the product out of it. It's too thick in texture to come out of the narrow bottle and because it's glass you can't squeeze it. The cleansers are great and I do want to try the mushroom one but I will wait and buy a full size with a pump at some point.

Email from Tatcha today about the product mix up. They've sent me the correct item free of charge and haven't asked for the wrong one to be returned. Plus they refunded me £3 as the Longevity Cream was priced incorrectly on the site and should have been £26 for the travel size.

Excellent customer service there.

Mine needed an op last year and it was one of the most stressful and upsetting times of my life. She’s back to driving me crazy now though 😅🐶
