I'm yet to try this one, it's in my 'limbo' drawer and I don't know why, but it hasn't spoken to me yet.

SOTE is parisian musc by matiere premiere. Getting back into mat prem recently, fell in love with this one last year although I think I prefer vanilla powder.

I kind of like it but not enough to want more of it, my travel is enough. Very kind of you to offer it! Maybe you could try it as room spray as people keep commenting how it does smell like room spray.

D&G Devotion Intense today. I wouldn't purchase this again, and I bought the 30ml on good offer. I don't hate it, it is really good with Kayali burning cherry combo and I am not loving this one as much either so I may end up using them as layering combination. I think we haven't had very cold weather for few days in row - there are some scents that need less then 5C to shine.

just reading one of the fragantica reviews and while I can not relate to the such dep love for this specific scent, I can relate to loving a scent and not getting how others do not feel the same :). Posting on the scent of the day discussions has helped me appreciate how we can smell same perfume and actually smell different thing

Was in space nk yesterday and got the sample set of newish house, Nette. Really enjoying the vanille ( as in tea vanille, can't make it spell with an accent) which is a spicy not sweet vanilla tea scent, lovely.

Decent sized and reasonably priced discovery set at 6 x 3ml for £23..

Interested to know thoughts on the Harvey nicks fragrance calendar. I keep looking at the contents and think there’s quite a few I think I’d like. But I’m hovering on ‘buy’ as I won’t actually be able to receive it until a relative comes to visit me at some point next year. I’d likely be waiting a couple of months. Hmmm, decisions! It will probably sell out before I decide :)

ETA I guess what’s putting me off is if I dislike any then I won’t be able to easily sell them on vinted/ebay like I used to.

I have that set too, I think all samples should be 3ml

Harvey Nicks is good but mixed gender and you need to be little bit brave for it. It's very niche so you will get a lot of love or hate perfumes in it. I thought it was better last year tbh but I still think it's good and current prices are great.

@MiaNthanks, that’s a good point about the mixed gender! I do have the liberty scent edit on the way to me in a few weeks which I know was very popular with a few posters here. So I may just satisfy myself with that for now. And save my other relatives spare luggage space for other things I miss in the uk. Like chocolate 😂

Not really a candle fan tbh but if I find it ill claim it, if not, no bother.

Glad you've managed to get it sent internationally. Its a lovely scent kit, the best by far in my opinion. Sold out now.

I think for the price its worth a gamble, its £122 which is less than the price of a full bottle of most of the contents.

Debaser, sirene, vanilla powder, spiky muse are all great scents.

I didn’t change this drawer, and I’m so glad, the scent is absolutely gorgeous. I put it on straight away and it’s giving me the loveliest cosy, calming vibe 😍

It has this soft, sweet warmth with a slightly nutty, creamy feel that makes it feel a bit Christmassy 🎄✨ It feels like a gentle hug in fragrance form, soothing, snuggly, and addictive.

I already can’t wait to try layering it with BDK Gris Charnel later this month… that combo is going to be delicious.

SOTD is Discotheque Dark Imagination from the discovery set. First time I’ve tried it and I really like it. It was initially quite oudy but it’s settled down into a dark woody floral. I’m finding a little goes a long way with all the scents in the set so it’s been really good value. I’d RP this one but I’d probably only need an 8ml. Not sure if such a thing exists though

Apart from Spiky Muse, I didn't love those but Torino 21 is 😍. It is good, i just got more joy out of the kit as there were more new to me fragrancies and few new loves.

Grr, cult beauty have not sent the stockings since ordering on Monday, I wonder if they have run out of them as they are ridic good value at £21 for four scents. Puts the new liberty kits at £90 for 4 in the shade! I had earmarked them for gifting, ah well, if they come they come. I think this week parcels will be slow for everyone due to BF?

New Good Girl flanker alert Jasmine Absolute. I am surprised how much I like the original, it's pretty & easy to enjoy scent.

Haven't updated recently. On Wednesday I wore Zara Ebony Wood, which I still enjoy. I was actually looking for something else but happened on this one and was happy I did.

Yesterday I tried the Molecule 01 from the Cult Beauty stocking. I've not tried the "neat" one before, only the 01 + [flavour]. I could smell it at first but it soon seemed to disappear. I understand the idea but DH couldn't smell it either, and I was generous with the application, so I'm not sure of the point.

I then layered Sweet Almond Blossom on one wrist and "neat" on my elbow and couldn't really tell the difference.

Vyrao free 00. I love this. Creamy skin scent with a little citrus. It does have some white florals which usually I don’t like but it works nicely in this one for me. A summery scent though, think beachy tanned skinned. But we’ve had very hot weather today (after a day of storms) so this feels right.
