I was convinced it would sell out in hours so I bought it full price on release day. I don't regret but will see if I can hold my nerve and wait it out next year.

@TreesinthePark I am the same and bought both SpaceNK and Harvey Nicks at full price, I did rebuy both at the lower price and sell off most of the original
ones.
It is really hard to gauge as last year they all sold
out so quickly.

You say that but I just bought the bdk set of 3 from beauty the shop, with velvet tonka creme de cuir and Tubereuse . £65 with code and I'll shift the Tubereuse one.

This is going into the Christmas stash though, need something to open on xmas day

Today is only 1st of December, first day if winter/colder months. I always love winter scents in December but as soon as 1st of January hits my body and my mind crave light, summer, long days and I immediately start wanting spring fragrances. I am always in mood for next season and my perfume preference reflect that.

@MrsBnow12 @TreesinthePark i also bought the SNK fragrance and the HN fragrance calendars at full price expecting them to sell out. Plus the PDM, SNK cracker and CB stocking 🙈 I could've bought another calendar with the savings. Next year, I'll hold out longer, but to be honest, I think I have enough fragrance for a few years anyway 🤣 I'm tempted to get another CB stocking, mainly for the discotheque.

@JoRaRaRaIt is really hard to gauge as last year they both sold out really quickly. I bought anything I really wanted full price and then a few that were reduced I bought again and sold off the items from the first ones.

I bought a second CB stocking and SNK fragrance cracker last week so am not buying again today and there is a full size Disco in my Vogue calendar even though I haven’t tried it yet x

The full size disco bottles look nice on the photos I've seen. I've not seen them irl, but I imagine they'll look nice on display 😍

It's the main reason I want to love rude oud from Harrods, because the bottle is beaut! 💚

At one point when I was selling things from my ACs, I wondered if the newsagents near us thought I was running a side hustle too 🤣 I really like wrapping stuff up in fancy tissue paper, then in little pink padded envelopes, I took it really seriously 🤣

I reckon they go in alternate years and next year they will sell out quickly.

SOTD: Floral Street Sweet Almond Blossom from my M&S BAC. I had the FS "scent wardrobe" tester set last year and didn't like any of them enough to repurchase although quite liked a couple. This one was in the "inoffensive but don't love it" category, although I liked it slightly more as it settled. I'll probably save it for spring.

Because I don't buy to sell, I've managed to resist buying duplicates of FACs, stockings etc, when reduced, because I already have too much to use up already. I don't know how you all get through even just the ones you decide to keep! You must spray more generously than I do.

I'm trying to decide whether to use my HN and SNK for days 1-12 and 13-24 of December rather than just sticking to the M&S one and saving the others for the 12 days of Christmas. I know there's a candle in each of them, which I'm thinking of gifting, as I'm not much of a candle person but have a friend who is. So maybe I should indeed open them before Christmas.

@HolidayHattie I'm going to open my fragrance calendars before Christmas, I plan to start tomorrow and open them on alternating days 🙂

Does anyone know of an atomiser that can be refilled from dabbers? I can only find ones that you pump from a larger spray bottle.

Right, I don't think I will get better deal for Ambre Vanilla so I went for 100ml on look fantastic. I have to say, it is feel spendy as it really lasts a second and I only use it and like it at bed time but in the end of the day - it does help me relax in the evening so it's worth it.

Now I need to be done with perfume shopping - unless amazing kit comes up! I subscribed to liberty beauty drop so looking forward to that! I really enjoyed advent shopping and kit shopping sharing here and many thanks to our wonderful host @IDontHateRainbows who always keeps us in the loop for the hottest offers out there!

I was able to stop the shopping until March trip last year and then again to September and I appreciate my goodies more thanks to this.

In other news, Space NK have sent me a voucher for a free candle in store for being a 'valued customer', the cynic in me thinks they know if they get me in store I'll spend spend spend...

I'm remarkably resistant to not buying stuff that's on offer, so most of my purchases are online where I can get a discount, although I do enjoy spending my Ndulge points in the local space NK, they are quite an inviting space and lovely for browsing. Best of all the sales assistants don't accost you like they do in Selfridges.

I will go for PDM Athalia today, yoga class this morning. That's one that people say smell like grandma... whatever, it makes me feel good and working from home today so it's all about that.

You can buy travel size spray bottles + mini funnel on Amazon, that's the easiest way to convert dabber to spray.

My marly set of 4 is coming today. Will probably keep one and sell 3. Marly fans, what do you reckon of Delina exclusive or Oriana. Those look like the 2 most likely suspects. Also Meliora.

Damn, just seen there is another Marly called Pegasus which is a creamy gourmand but isnt in this set!

The pegasus is more aimed at men, although I think they're listed as unisex.

I much prefer oriana to delina Exclusif. I know I like meliora because there's none that I dislike, but I can't remember if I prefer it to del ex.

I bought the men's set for my husband and the women's for my mum. I hope they both like pdm as much as I do 🙂
