Just posting to see what people’s views on this advent calendar contents are? I was quite excited when I came across it (sold out online but they have in stores) but I feel like the sizes are too small to justify the cost maybe. It works out at £150 without membership but there’s some interesting fragrances I’d love to try.. Not sure..

The Cult Beauty edit looks really good. I love the EGF serum but have 2 in my stash, the Zelens is another v expensive serum (think it is around £120 to buy) but I have just bought one for £10 on Vinted so also don’t need that, plus there are other high end brands like AB, MZ skin and La Prairie. I think it is very good value and would have gone for it myself if I didn’t have the EGF stashed away.

I’ve just had an email saying my HN AC has been refunded in full! Phew! Great news.

Now I have to decide if I go for Liberty and sign up for Beauty Drop or just wait for any discounts. I’ve got DD the OK one and can’t bear to not have one myself after all this palava!

£10?! Wow!! What an absolute bargain 😍 I've just finished a bioeffect egf plus serum, I've got approx 10ml of the Egf serum (I filled up my 5ml travel bottle). So I definitely needed the set. I need skincare to fill in the gap between now and advent calendar time. Although I may need to raid it for an eye cream 😕

What other vinted bargains have you bought? I've recently bought from vinted a REFY plum lip collection for £15, although the person hasn't posted it yet so I might not be getting that 🤣

That's brilliant news. Did you previously do a spreadsheet? That's how I determine which one I want 🤣 I can then see clearly which one is the best for me.

I have recently bought the Zelens serum for £10, the Shiseido expensive moisturiser that is in the Harrods calendar so that I will now have 30ml of that cream, I got that for a bargain £10 too and think it is worth over £100! I got a 15ml of the Neals Yard lift cream for £11.50 as I fancy trying that, the Charlotte Tibury facial oil that is in the Fenwicks calendar for £12, also the Charlotte Tilbury lip bath in Pillow Talk that I fancied from the Fenwick calendar for £7, the Drunk Elephant vitamin C serum for £15, the Tatcha vitamin C serum that is in SNK for £30, the Prai neck cream from M&S for £8 (figured this might make my moisturisers last longer as I use on face & neck), the True Botanicals serum which was about £10, the Ex Nihilo perfume from Selfridges, the Granado fragrance from Liberty, the Votary serum from Liberty (think that was £12 but ordered a while back) and the Gisou lip oil from SNK for about £5. Blimey that’s a lot isn’t it?! But they were bargains right?! 😉😂

@JoRaRaRa - Caroline Hirons had the Zelens serum in her first ever kit that she did back in 2019 and I liked it. It’s not wow but comforting on the skin especially this time of year. I think back then her comment was that it’s like a cashmere blanket for the skin. She did a big anniversary/hall of fame collection of kits five years ago and Zelens did a supersize version of the Vit D for that and I managed to get two of them and am almost at the end of the last one. It’s smelling a bit off now I have to admit!

I’m looking forward to trying the Bio Effect serum - had a look on eBay yesterday but didn’t buy which I’m now pleased about!

I had a little sniff and then added it to my advent on day 25 along with the Valmont that I moved from its original box. I really like the smell, which is good as it was a blind buy! The seller had it up for £12 but accepted my £10 offer which I was quite pleased with.
I think I need to be banned from Vinted now! 😆

Oh that sounds like a nice treat for Christmas day 😍 Yeah, I'd sold a load of stuff from the SpaceNk calendar so I've now filled all of the empty drawers with the stuff I wanted from other calendars and put it away for December 🥰

I've now moved onto edits 🙈 but that's it now for me. I'm having a no spend on myself for the rest of the month and November (unless an amazing bargain comes up) apart from christmas presents.

It looks like the CB Limited Edition calendar was briefly back in stock earlier but is gone again now.

Well my HN BAC arrived and I can see why they discounted it - I'm not impressed, barely anything in there that I'd use myself but I should at least be able to shift most of it and get my money back. For those lamenting missing out on the 25% off offer, you're not missing much. Maybe it's just me but I didn't think there was much in there to write home about. The HN Frag Cal is much better.
