BDK rouge smoking extrait today, from the extraits set which I bought online, its from a spanish retailer called perfume le shop and cheaper than buying it from BDK directly so any BDK fans, check it out! Comes with gris charnel extrait and pas ce soir extrait, so 3 x 10ml.

I really like all of them. I'm currently full of cold so I can't smell anything, but I remember first smelling them and liking them 😊 they actually last well too which I wasn't really expecting.

Do you have to have those 3? I like bdk perfumes, but I don't need anymore of gris Charnel 😍🤣 I'd like the cherry one.

How full was your spiky muse? This is mine out of the box. Familiar pattern with HN!

Mine was ok, I didn't check too closely and I've listed it for sale so I must check when I get home. I did have a Fenty one half full in one of their beauty box GWPs which they replaced for me. I wonder if they buy up all the faulty ones to put in the boxes and calendars hoping we won't notice - it's the only explanation.

They are quite good at replacing if you complain.

@MiaN 😱 some of mine is missing too, i never noticed the other day. How cheeky of them.

I feel mine looks even less full, but looked through the rest and they seem ok. They are better than last year when there were good few. It was not on the floor, they had it in the box that arrived in Dublin store so it's not like I bought display model

Lucious Fragrance Du Bois - is it too masculine. It is sooo good.

I bought one on Vinted (from HN advent as it was photographed on top of box) it arrived this morning and I thought the same. Went to have a nosy at others listed before complaining as I know I've got scents in bottles that are either too big or not fully filled. The Ginza from the Shiseido advent looked like I'd used it when I hadn't.

A lot of the Spiky Muse's (but not all of them) looked like they were missing around a quarter so I concluded it wasn't the seller being dodgy and this thread seems to confirm that.

What does spiky muse smell to you, if you ignore the notes?

Initial spray is quite floral. Violet maybe? I'm not great at descriptions

I'd say its quite zingy, there are citrus notes in there for sure fruity and zingy.

I sprayed some in the office and got loads of 'ooh what's that smell.. rainbows is that you again?' and decided it was too strong for office use.

Fenwick BAC arrived today, suprise find was Thameen Riviera which I didn't think I'd like. I don't love it but I do like it more than I thought - it's a deep, leathery rose. not at all an aquatic which I presumed a scent called riviera would be!

Could grow on me - giving me Eldo Nostos vibes which I did really get in to.

The mini delina was broken which was a disappointment so I'm hoping they'll send another one. I have a 10ml delina that I was probably going to sell as they are quite popular, but I wanted to try the 5ml first to see if I got in to it.

I sold the Delina from HN already, I need to post it tomorrow. I will try to sell Vanilla Powder and Serene, maybe Debaser but they aren't as quick to sell like Delina

I sold the vanilla powder quite easily. The others I kept.

I would have thought Delina was up your street @MiaN unless you have another one?

Rose and Oud are listed as notes in Spiky Muse (not notes I enjoy, so I was very pleasantly surprised to get fresh/spring scent to my nose. Of course, I have not properly tested it yet - hopefully it doesn't get all oudy on me. Usually if there is oud, that's all I can smell

No I do not like it at all. Only Delina La Rosee - which is very different, fresh, soft more realistic rose scent. I don't like the other two, or Oriana.

Generally I don't like oud at all. Rose only if it's part of soft/fresh, realistic young rose scent. Like Delina La Rosee, Diptyque Eau Rose or MFK L'Homme À la Rose. I don't mind it in Chanel Chane eau Tendre either

Not fan on rose oud, rose patchouli, mature sweet rose, the likes of Portrait of Lady, Delina and many others. When it comes to rose I need it simple, clean, realistic.

I am open to change my mind, but this has been my experience so far.

Debaser was my first one to go and Delina was the last of mine to sell. It only sold today and I listed them on Friday (I think). I massively underpriced Debaser though, oops!

I love sirene, I've already bought another bottle and can't decide if to pick up a few more 🤔 I need to go try carnal flower again, I can't decide if I want to keep that one.

I think I now have covid though, my kilian gggb has arrived and I can't smell it but my husband said it's definitely perfume 🤣

I didn't like roses on ice, I sold that one too and bought kilian gggb to replace it with 😊 Are you replacing yours or just going to put in there ones from double drawers? I'm thinking I might buy 1 or 2 from the SpaceNk one to put in.
