@Snowyowl78 - I ordered the Toffee colour - I would have preferred a much darker pair, but we shall see!

Thanks for the alert! I’ve gone for the Boston clogs, have not tried them before so am hoping they are true to size and will fit with socks. Am also trying the blue breton from a recent drop (maybe the same one as @faustina?), and the striped navy linen easy sweater.

Does the Toast pass get you Kindred membership? I am not sure if it does. I never knew how I became kindred and then it was equally mysteriously taken away.

@CakeAndJazzit’s the bold stripe delft ecru. I often like Toast striped T-shirts but they never seem to work for me. I keep trying though! @Dahlietta
i don’t think the post pass gives you kindred access sadly. I expect I’ll buy it when they turf me off kindred though

@Dahlietta - I got made Kindred almost immediately after buying a Toast Pass, which I never thought was a coincidence! I was also a bit annoyed that Toast kept congratulating me on my free delivery for a year, when I had already paid!

It’s a nice benefit, but I am not sure how much logic there is to who gets it/gets to keep it.

Btw: If anyone is thinking of buying the navy hooded coat, I have only worn mine a few times and it has bobbled like mad. To say I am unimpressed is something of an understatement!

I've ended up buying quite a few pieces, just to try, and hopefully send some back! I stupidly bought some trousers in the wrong size, so that's an extra parcel arriving that will have to go back. I think postie is going to be appalled at the number of Toast packages, not to mention DH!
I love my Toast knitwear. Where do you get your knitwear from that is better than Toast @RockaLock?

I've made a generous order through the sale.
I'm working for a new organisation next year, strict dress code of 'business' but the reality was the usual Mish mash of women in smart but very, very different things and men in shirts and generally smartish jeans.
So time to find my business style, any suggestions?
Have gone for a few pairs of wool trousers.
Tank tops - can they be business? what about with a silk shirt?

Have ordered a silk Bandana hoping it will give off luxe business, competent vibes.

All suggestions welcome, thought I'd avoid the dresses, go more for Parisian cafe, Toast 2004 more.

@TosstTastic If you look at Angharadbjones on Instagram she did a thing on trousers the other day, including a pair I'd describe as slightly business by Toast - they were wool and flowy and really elegant

.. of course I can't find the post now, but she said they were wool, with elastic at the back and flat at the front and expensive (but worth it)

Interesting @VivienneDelacroix - buying the Toast Pass was the only difference in my Toast expenditure that year from the year before.

I was grateful to be invited to Kindred, but also a bit miffed about the timing given they certainly weren’t going to refund me the cost of the TP I had bought the week before, (not that I asked - I didn’t dare!)

Tame sale for me. I have ordered the cream kantha waistcoat and cream long sleeved patch tshirt. Not much else I fancy. Wish the homeware sale was better. It has been quite poor over the last few sales I think.

No sale yet for me either - could someone tell me if the patch pocket denim dungaree dress is in the sale?

Oh I wish I had read your post before placing a sale order last night @IlovePond Among other things, I did order the navy hooded coat. I may not even try it on now, in case I love it, because pilling would drive me crazy. I am also trying the vneck wool
coat/jacket but didn’t read the reviews until after I ordered, so that may be too big. Does anyone have that one, does it also pill?
Also trying some pjs, the fairisle yoke sweater from last year, and some flower mountain trainers. Threw in a cushion, a block printing set, and some Christmas crackers for next year. I will likely send a good portion of this back, annoying that the Harper option isn’t there for sale orders.

@ScottishMouse you might get in with it ok. It is a nice coat, but it was supposed to be my ‘forever’ coat and I just don’t think it’s very good quality material for the price, (I have never heard of new coats bobbling😿) It also picks up every speck of lint/dog hair and I looked like I was wearing the dog himself last week.

I’ve mentioned before that it’s also not very warm - but better with layers. I hadn’t realised it was 51% cotton and 49% wool, which is probably why it’s not that warm in cold weather. I’m surprised it bobbles so much, though, given the relatively low wool content.

I really wish I had splurged on the orange/black coat from 2024, instead of waiting for it to appear in the sale. It was long-gone by then, unfortunately 😿

I’m contemplating ordering the olive/black crinkle skirt but think it might be too similar to the olive crinkle I already have. Does anyone have it or both? If so, what are your thoughts?

I am also thinking about the black/grey check wool/cotton skirt.

I also have both the brass and the ecru striped t shirts in my basket but reviews suggest they come up small. Toast’s tops tend to be too tight on the chest for me, but far too big on the shoulders, so I struggle with the sizing. I am reluctant to order large but think I might have to.

Does anyone have any of these items and, if so, what are your thoughts on the sizings?

@IlovePond I bought one of those tees and ended up selling it on because of the sizing. I sexed up to large for my bust but then it was too long and the sleeves were ridiculously long. I found the fabric also very stiff.
