I think she looks absolutely amazing! And well done to her for the weight loss. However, she’s surely got to have had work done to her face? Her face - her chin especially - looks totally different structurally.

My face looks different when I'm slimmer, looks longer and my features are more prominent, and she's lost a lot so she's bound to look different. I think she's stunning

She looks bloody amazing! And of course her face shape has changed with the weight loss. Her skin is glowing - probably a result of good skin care & her happiness shines through. I think she looks great and most importantly happy.

She does look very different but dramatic weight loss does that. It’s taken decades off her. She looks incredible.

I have been about the size Alison was at her biggest and lost alot of weight. I discovered when I lost weight i have a very pointed chin which you would never have guessed at looking at me obese.

She looks great. I'd imagine a pre-diabetes diagnosis would be a good motivation to attend to your diet and exercise.
I agree her face looks different because of the wright loss. She has fantastic bone structure.

We should really stop picking over every detail of women's faces and bodies - it's not healthy

I agree about her bone structure she’s got great high cheekbones. She’s very pretty I think she looks great.

My face and my chin looks different after I lost weight because I lost a lot of fat around my cheeks and jawline. I think that's all it is.

She looks happy and healthy - I'm so glad for her she's reversed that pre-diabetes diagnosis, diabetes is awful.

Obviously your face changes if you lose a lot of weight - maybe she has had some very careful and very high quality work done because despite such a large weight loss the skin on her face still looks very taut and smooth. Significant weight loss after a certain age, as we know, carries a danger of loose skin. However whatever she's done she looks amazing, whether you're a fan or not. I find myself noticing that she's actually very beautiful and I don't think I saw that before - not just because of the weight at an obvious level but because she presents herself as a big personality and that's what I've always noticed about her rather than her looks.

I remember noticing when I've lost/gained significant amounts of weight that I'm always surprised how even my nose looks very different - yes, you expect your double chin to change or cheekbones to appear but I would never have expected to look like I've had a nose job when I lose weight! It can have a strong effect on your whole body, not just the obvious arse and waist size.

I'm home working on the sofa so I have This Morning on right now and I'm also astonished by how amazing Rustie Lee looks! I had to look up her age - she's 76 and looks younger than me (I'm 50). She's spectacular.

I think she looks fab! However she is a warm and witty girl who lights up GBBO and has great chemistry with NF.Surely that should come first really? I bet no one goes on about Noel and his shirts/figure!

I think she looks great, but imagine there are some injectables balancing her face and a bit of a filter on. But whatever! She’s saved her own life probably with that big a weight loss.

No work done, I also look entirely different now I’m thinner. Very small bone structure and high cheekbones were underneath the blubber.

Oh my goodness - she looks incredible! I think in relation to her face I think because she had a PT and imagine followed a very sensible eating plan resulting in slow steady loss that her face and skin benefited from this and so the elasticity was less affected and so sagged less after she hit her goal weight.

Facially she seems unrecognisable to me but I imagine she still has her booming laugh so you’d know then immediately lol. So lovely she has a man who she seems to adore in her life also.
