I think she looks absolutely amazing! And well done to her for the weight loss. However, she’s surely got to have had work done to her face? Her face - her chin especially - looks totally different structurally.

What do we think she’s had done?

I am watching now, she looks amazing I think its just her weightloss but why should she have had "something " done?

She’s looked stunning for a good while now, so glad she found her inner goddess again.

She was awful on Celebs Go Dating - really horrible to her dates. Being vile about their looks and teeth, etc. I was quite shocked how superficial she was.

I don’t think my post reads as unpleasant at all. I highlighted that I think she looks amazing. I like Alison, I think she’s an awesome presenter. I know that weight loss can transform your face, but to me it looks as though she’s had some cosmetic work done as well. I also don’t mean that in a bad way. It’s actually a compliment, and I was interested to know. I really don’t think there’s anything wrong with this.

She looks fantastic, really beautiful. She will have had a face and neck lift in my opinion, probably a tummy tuck as well. You don’t lose 11 stone in weight at her age without considerable loose skin.

The biggest shock in all of this is that she’s 50! 50!!!

If I’d given it some thought I suppose I would have worked this out but somewhere along the line I’ve over taken her. The woman doesn’t age!!

I follow her stylist on TikTok (I didn't realise she was her stylist until Bake-off started, I've just followed her for ages) and really like seeing the looks she puts together for her. Her username is StevieB if anyone's interested.

Wow she looks great fair play to her i bet loosing 11 stone has made such a difference to her health. I also hate the way we pick over womens bodies and features it just doesn't happen with men does it?

There is something wrong with it. If you want advice on what cosmetic work you want done, go and see someone about it. Assuming someone in the public eye has done so and asking what people think it is, is deeply unpleasant. It isn’t a compliment and very few women would think it is.

She looks rich IMO

However she’s done it, and whether or not she’s had any work done, is her business.
She looks fabulous, healthy and happy -good luck to her!

Honestly not convinced she's done much more than "the usual" tv folks have... so lasers / botox / that fish stuff they inject.

i think she's great - very happy for her that she got and stayed famous and is earning a living off of it shes SO happy.

I also think she looks well on it and has used the money to get healthy /look after herself.

I will forever love her for the weird segment she did where she forgot how to say skeleton and kept saying skellington 🤣🤣🤣

That’s your interpretation. I really don’t think it’s a problem. If anything, women and men should be more open about any potential procedures they’ve had done. I was merely starting a thread to ask people’s opinion. This is style and beauty and it’s 2025, cosmetic procedures are very normal. It’s not to cause offence.

There's a filter plus the classic Myspace angle going on in that picture - the latter always gives a more defined jawline.
The change to her chin is just due to her bone structure emerging more though, I think. At my heaviest my face was quite round. It's currently a bit square and if I get down to my goal weight then it'll be heart shaped again. Anyone who's only know me at my heaviest would have no idea what a dinky little jaw I actually have, because it was so well padded.

Yes she had her 50th earlier on in the year , honestly she can pass for 40 couldn't she ?

I do wonder what she looks like when she rolls out of bed. She looks stunning as she has a lot of hair and makeup done and I imagine some fillers.

She's always been really attractive.
But I do think as a woman in your 50s your face may sag with such a big weight loss and also as you age.
She's got absolutely zero saggy skin/ Jowls so I suspect she may have had a face lift but I'm not an expert.
But she does look amazing! But then I think she always has.

potentially she uses face tape, that might be it.

Maybe she had a bit of chin and cheek filler to even everything out. Losing weight made my face droop.

She looks so much better and so much happier. Hope she’s proud of herself, it’s not easy!
