The regulars on the thread mainly discuss luxury BAC and this dies down by September when everyone has purchased and forgotten the contents. Then it goes into discussion on what’s selling out, what hasn’t and what deals and discounts to be had on ACs in the lead up to December. Then in December we move onto AC opening threads!

I agree completely. When you've bought a fair few edits through the year you don't want to see many of these items in advents.
I agree about what products are in premium ones. I was surprised to see inkey list and a few other similar price points in harrods calendar with a relatively low value. No disrespect to those brands but definitely not premium IMHO.
Not a lot of newness in the calendars.

I stoped watching when rant started about same things every year. I don’t own or never have most of the products so doesn’t apply to me.

Yes she's very much from her own perspective. It was timely though as I was starting to feel the sell out fomo. She did make exactly the same point as me about Sisley though - give us something other than Black Rose! 😂

If you've decided CB is the one for you and it's got things you will use and enjoy then yes buy it. Don't forget the discount code for the additional £15 gift card.

Did you say you had some credit that you could put towards it? Maybe do a list of what out of it you actually want and will use? But maybe do it quickly? 🤣

Well that’s that then and I don’t even feel sad about it. Bring on the September and festive edits! Liberty usually do a woo Mercury edit in Sep/Oct that I love.

I'm a bit relieved as I was wavering and the scent was part of that.

I think it did come back in stock last year a few times, although they didn’t have one edition that was so clearly better than the other. I recall them having a fragrance one but it wasn’t so much better than the other version.

I've only ever had the Sisley black rose mask once, and that was 18 months ago, so I'd be OK with getting it again 🤣

Has anyone ordered CB & have an estimated dispatch date? Hoping to score a/some Kilians and would be good to know when they may start rolling onto Vinted!

So the three things I really wanted were the Gisou Cherry cake £24 , True Botanicals anti aging serum £75 and Medik8 C-Tetra Advanced £69 - total £168 with all the 20% off they do £134.4, but I would have got £70 value from the other items like £41 moisturiser, Byoma serum £15, Toning mist £9, eye patches £19. I should probably buy those three items next time there’s an offer.

Just to add you can only use one gift card at a time. Ok if smaller purchases but not big ones. And codes can't be used

I put it in my basket in the app last night, and loaded up the BACKTOSCHOOL (thank you PP!) code today but I’ve got the kids (under 5!) on my own at the moment and I’m not even at home right now so this is the first time I’ve sat down and would have hit purchase! Maybe I should be more impulsive. No what I really should have done is made sure I changed all my plans and made sure I was in London for first week of September advent calendar release week 😂

The RHOBAC's aren't doing so well right now on the BAC purchase front. Those Netflix producers might have us on the chopping block. 😁

I’m the side storyline adding variation to the storytelling … I’ll pick up the slack with the edits. I love makeup and bath and body stuff in autumn and winter

I don't think I've seen any yet. I'd potentially be interested in a good one. I like the jewellery in Vogue but sadly not a lot else.

CB unboxing just went up from RLV. I don't think it's PR so maybe they are being sent out next day? If so stuff will be hitting Vinted right about now.
