Marie's dress is a little fussy looking, but I quite like the overall look.

It’s a shame she didn’t pop a DryRobe over the top - we could have had an excuse for a whole new debate! 😂😂😂

in other news… Charlene and family out again and wearing a DVF maxi dress which I really like - she’s worn a few in this style recently and the colour’s a bit different (although after all the brown comments I’m now wondering if there’s maybe a hint of 70s lounge carpet!?!?)

Charlene and Melania together would be fabulous. They are so tall and carry themselves so well. I think they might have a lot to talk about.

I am also glad to see Charlene looking happy and well. I like the 70s lounge carpet dress and would wear it.

I know I'm late to this but I absolutely loved Charlotte's dress and her hair -the whole look was, to me, really suitable and pretty for a formal event for a 10 year old. Didn't like Catherine's outfit particularly but she always looks well.

Like @MaireasI'm not a fan of brown either (though I do like both grey and burgundy!). My school uniform was dark green and even that didn’t put me off!

I had 12 years of a dark brown school uniform. Many decades later I still avoid the colour.
It always surprises me to look at the Monaco twins and realise they are Grace Kelly's grandchildren. Seems like so many generations ago.

Maybe she has found a companion 😍 😉

Going back to the 80s. I watched And Just Like That last night. I do like the clothes. Well up pops SJP in an outfit I wore in the early 80s. Same colour, same big shoulder pads.

Could it be a Faroese tartan? I think that tartans have been woven on the Faroe islands historically.

There is a lot of overlap between Scotland and the Norse/Nordic countries historically - for example the Shetland Islands only became became Scottish because of a dowry dispute between the Scottish and Norwegian monarchies in the (I think) 1400s

Though everytime I see recent photos of Charlene, I now think she looks like the boss in her relationship with him.

She was so unwell for so long, poor thing.

I know, she really had a tough time and was away from her children. I'm just glad to see her looking so well and back to herself, and the family looking happy together.
