Grrr, selfridges initially said I need to return the whole thing for a refund which I'm not happy about as they are out of stock so can't replace it. On hold to customer services hoping they will be nice.....
Seems very inconsistent with the previous poster's experience.
They are making a big deal of it and raising a 'case' to be progressed to someone up the chain - I'll see if they provide the refund or not but they need to do something!
