@IDontHateRainbowsI am planning on getting the LF fragrance tomorrow, I am a subscriber so hoping for a discount and think I have a £5 voucher as well.
I don’t like the JM so will sell that and looking forward to trying the others as don’t think I have any of them.

I read this thread everyday and love how you can all describe scents etc, I either know whether I like or not but couldn’t tell you notes etc

I wish SNK would reveal the scent calendar details. If they did and I like it I might be dissuaded from buying the beauty one and get that instead. I suppose they want us to buy both though!

I've often wondered if I'm buying/selling to MNetters. Probably on occasion.

@OvaHere i haven’t looked at the SNK beauty AC as I really need to get my stash down. I suppose I should as there may be clues in which fragrances they have included. I’ve fallen out of love with Byredo due to the staying power, so I hope they don’t feature heavily.

I ordered Look Fantastic fragrance. Quick note - the picutre shows Goldfield and Banks Paicific Rock Flower, describtion Ingenious Ginger. I prefer Flower as it's new - I am not sure what will come with the advent.

Byredo seem strangely missing from the advents this year, last year they were in everything. Maybe they feek the brand has enough exposure?

Ordered LF too. With a fair headwind, it should arrive in a week or so.

First day of meteorological autumn today, and an office day, so im wearing original Good Girl as it seems somehow appropriate. The name Good Girl used to irrationally annoy me but I've almost got over it now..

So despite saying I wasn't going buy LF fragrance I bought it. 😂

Jo Malone Wood Sage and Sea Salt is very reliable office scent, and is worth most of the value of the advent!

I rang my perfume friend for enablement advice and she said similar so that swung it.

I wish I had a perfume friend. No one I know is even slightly interested 😀 but my mum appreciates it when I buy her new kinds of perfume I think she’ll like.

I have 30ml of Wood Sage and Sea Salt and I have less then 5ml in it left, so I nearly avoid using it. It's not very lasting but it's one of my favourite fresh & clean scents

Amouage Sunshine Man today, I love the orange brandy note. It's discontinued (and like all Amouage cost a bomb for a full bottle) but I might have to get another decant to keep me going for longer.

My alto astral has arrived and it is a thing of wonder! Really gorgeous coconutty scent but very light airy and watery. Excellent value at £26 for 10ml from fragrance samples.

It is really lovely.

The Granado Esplendor perfume that I bought from someone on liberty arrived today. It is so lovely, I can't wait to wear it through autumn.

Today's SOTD is BDK Gris Charnel. I got the Harrods calendar and fell in love with this, so I bought another bottle from someone on ebay for £16 so I could start wearing it 😁

I missed out on the Harrods one but I have ordered the Look Fantastic.

What is SNK?

What other fragrance accents are there likely to be? I'm still ill and I need spoonfeeding information as I haven't the bandwidth to be scouring t'interwebs for info.

SNK is Space NK and they normally have a 12 day fragrance advent, Harvey Nichols have announced the contents of theirs and the waitlist is open.
There is also Fragrance Shop, pre-orders are open and the Perfume Shop, which is on waitlist.
I think these are all the multi-brand ones, Diptique, Jo Malone and other houses do their own as well.

Just seen there’s a new Diptyque fragrance that I’m very intrigued to test. “Lazulio draws parallels between the deep, crystalline beauty of lapis lazuli and the stunning majesty of a peacock feather.
Tangy rhubarb blends with balsamic benzoin, vibrant vetiver and a touch of rose.” What does a peacock feather smell like?! But I like all these notes so on paper I think I’d like it.

L'Occitane Verveine today, I'm meeting new students and need something bracing but cheerful.

I've been wearing the Granado Esplendor for the last few days. I love it and may need to invest in a full bottle 🤪
