The next thread, royal style mavens! The title suggestion was from our last thread. Mary of Teck was never knowingly underdressed or less than bejewelled!

In 2007 she wore the wedding dress and coat and both look unaltered. It seems she wanted the coat lengthened to wear with today’s dress so the extra panel was added.

Meanwhile the Wales family has been in France this week - skiing in Courcheval and then William and George attended Aston Villa’s march against Paris St Germain tonight. Fashion related - George was sporting a Villa scarf so he must be a proper fan! And nice to see the whole family wearing helmets when skiing - I guess it helps with anonymity too. ParisMatch had a whole load of papped photos but this photo on the slopes is less intrusive.

Rania is also in Rome and I love her dress (Erdem!!) and shoes.

It's Erdem, but I like it! Very chic, what a great cut. Love the shoes and the bag.

Camilla looks nice, not v exciting but fine. Delighted to see she is continuing to go big on the jewellery.

I saw a picture of C&C meeting the Pope. Camilla in traditional black, as befits a Protestant royal!

I’m having to fight off considerable cognitive dissonance here and admit that I really like Rania’s Erdem dress.

Not keen on Camilla’s evening gown at all, but her turquoise necklace is rather splendid. According to NMR it belonged to her mother.

I have it on good authority that the Sovereign’s Representative at the Sandhurst commissioning parade tomorrow is the Princess of Wales. Will have to look out for pictures

Here is Charlene, matching with Gabriella. Both twins look so sweet! I think Charlene looks beautiful here, her hair and makeup just right. Lovely to see her looking well.

Rania looks fabulous and so does Char! Her earrings are gorgeous!

I prefer the trouser suit to the dress, and I like the silvery shoes too.

The trouser suit looked shiny in another pic, which put me off. And it’s a bit creased.
