The next thread, royal style mavens! The title suggestion was from our last thread. Mary of Teck was never knowingly underdressed or less than bejewelled!

That is a great look on Madeleine.

She probably took Madeleine because Madeleine did some work for the US branch of the Childhood Foundation when she lived in the US -
attended its events and fundraisers etc

That's a lovely suit, if Vicky B gifts me one I'll wear it all the time. I know lots of you hate flounces but I also love the blouse.

I love a good flounce. I can even get on board with a bow.

I love the suit, and the shirt, and the colour. So glad she didn’t pair a sharp suit like that with a scoop-neck white tshirt (which we have definitely seen before!).

Yes just had a look and I agree...one inch off was all it needed. But then Victoria wears her trousers too long so I imagine it's part of the look.

Still better than ridiculously oversized, voluminous trousers that are also too long.

I love the cut of the suit but hate thr colour. It reminds me of the mustard Erdem dress she once wore.

Oh I love that outfit on Kate. I think the longer trousers look great.

They are so close to perfect for me, but I just think trousers look utterly stupid dragging on the floor. But that's Victoria's thing tbf. And clearly some people love it. Props, as always, to Catherine for going modern/current/trendy/whatever you want to call it.

Mind you they're not dragging at all in that last photo!! Delicately skimming the floor is much, much better. So I award her full points today.

My husband always seems to have trousers dragging and hems fraying. I hope Kate doesn't let that happen.

I'd like to have seen the suit in person. It's so close to a great colour, that it could still be just right.

The colour looks fabulously real-olives green in those indoor shots.
