Mine is silk hair bonnets - total game changer for my frizzy wavy hair!!

I used to wake up with my head looking like a birds nest for it to somehow look even worse after I've brushed it as any curls just turn into frizz.

Another thing thats worked for me is I now only brush my hair just before washing (2-3 times per week) and just use my fingers to detangle the other days when needed

I've recently gotten into curl creams/mouses but still getting the hang of those, still so excited that I now wake up with normal looking hair 😅

I wish I was strict with the gym :(
But I have a 2 year old

What diet do you follow if you don't mind me asking

I can’t say I have a diet that’s worth shouting about to be honest - I just try to be reasonably balanced. Could def eat more fruit and veg and less crap but I do my best (some of the time!) and take plenty of supplements. Highly recommend Nutrition Geeks for good quality and well priced range.

I read this thread a few days ago and thought there were some great tips which I should try.

am now sporting a way too dark Utan face and hoping that will have faded before work on Monday and very streaky patchy legs using the Tanology and moisturiser hack. I think I’m just not destined to be effortlessly glam 😂. Though the magnifying mirror is working out well so far.

Not cheap but I wish I'd bought a Philips lumea ipl when I was younger. Would have been a game changer for me.

Isle of paradise tanning drops mixed with my face oil at night, every few days.

Seche vite top coat makes nail polish last ages and looks like gel

Just for men beard dye for DIY eyebrow tint - cheap and fast and one kit lasts ages
