I love their clothes & thought i might start a chat for other fans of this brand.

I'm tempted by a couple of dresses but hoping there might be further reductions as currently at 30%

I have 4 dresses bought last year & I've worn & loved them a lot.

I bought these navy wide leg trousers last week and really like them. They are the travel tailoring ones and are really soft and comfortable. I'm hoping I'll wear them lots to work and socially.

I ordered these cargo_ trousers in a 10 - lovely but slightly too tight
Reordered in a 12 and the pair that arrived looked water damaged on the hem and around the waistband

Really disappointed - managed to get a refund for postage though but not sure I can be bothered to reorder in case I get the same size 12 pair back again - and the fit was slightly too baggy ugh!

I wouldn’t re-order. Think the cargo trouser/skirt trend is pretty much done .

Pretty much every cargo style they made has been in the sale for months.

@Chocolateteabag that's a pity. Was the package damaged or were they worn?

I don't follow 'trends' as such & think if you like the style & they suit you & you're getting them at a good price & you'll wear them, then win win!

I buy clothes that I love & i wear them for years! I look after my stuff & I now know what suits me & my lifestyle.

Loads of shops are selling cargo style trousers so I wouldn't let 'trend' put me off.

I was in a Me & Em store yesterday and tried a few things on. I really liked the green layering vest and engineered jeans (jeans seem to be a little on the neat side around hips). Also loved the ivory crossbody, which I think I would get lots of wear out of. I had high hopes for the navy cotton military jacket (absolutely beautiful buttons) but it has a weird pleat at the back which I think spoils it. The friend I was with agreed that it was not flattering. I have a military style leather and a military style denim jacket from last year and those are a very flattering shape on me, so was disappointed in this one. Looks great from the front though!

There is a monsoon right next door, and I was really impressed by one of their white cotton blouses, the Chiara. Very Me & Em, a flattering fit and £55, rather than £100 plus.

A few blouses I was eyeing up have just gone to 50 pc off in their Summer reductions. Not many dresses have been marked down yet unfortunately, but some good buys in blouses imo.

Is it just me or have they removed the Sale section from the website? The reduced stock is now in the various sections and there’s no filter on it other than cheapest first so it means trawling through everything?

I hope I’ve missed something.

@DoubleraspberryYes, they seem to have removed it. I was surprised there was also no publicity email for the current lot of reductions. Maybe they think sales are too déclassé

I have my eye on a cheesecloth dress but its not in the sale, do they usually keep adding? Really hoping so!

I fear this will lead to fewer purchases from me as I can't be bothered scrolling endlessly through each section to see where the reductions are.

I think they’ll ‘launch’ the sale very soon but they are getting things sorted behind the scenes at the moment. Their website can be a bit clunky at times, for a higher end brand.

I saw a stunning ME+EM shirt in a charity shop for £6.99 last week. Last season but looked almost unworn. I think the charity shop people mistook it for F+F.

@bendmeoverbackwardsI ordered the navy and white stripes one but it’s not that nice on so I’m returning it. Don’t think you’re missing anything and it didn’t feel worth the full price.
