@PiePlease , no, nothing between the invoice email and the bag arriving. And I was away from home for a few days, so I don't know which day the bag arrived.

My replacement maxi bag has arrived! A Finchley A, medium in Stormy canvas. I love it!

My replacement maxi arrived today, no dispatch email.

Its a medium Canfield, black with purple roll top. It's a lovely bag, really pleased.

Just waiting for the midis to arrive then I'll have to buy a new wardrobe to match the bags.

Actually, I will have to have a bag cull.

If so how long did they take to respond to email? I sent one 3 days ago but no response.

I’m just about resisting, but loved my lucky dip last year. Has anyone received anything unusual this year? They mentioned ‘samples from their travel collection’ - did anyone get anything exciting like that?

@Painaupain - I think someone mentioned getting a hold-all at the beginning of the promotion.

I got an orange tote bag with blue velvet Roka London written on it in a little dip, I haven't seen anyone else getting one, or on the website!

I did - I called and left a message and they got back to me within 24 hours.

They sent me a replacement bag and were extremely nice - cannot fault the customer service at all.

My order arrived.
I have a medium Bantry B in black with grey strapping on it.
It's got a section inside that looks large enough for me to put my laptop so I'm happy. The colours aren't particularly garish or in your face so it will work for me going in/out of work too.

They can be reported through the report button and lose their accounts. Seems a big risk to be left with 50 bags. ( and is really unfair to ROKA).

I've seen someone on Vinted who had 60+ brand new with tags ROKA bags on her account. All at about £10 less than retail price. The weird thing was that at least half of them have been listed for 4 or 5 months. Did ROKA do a massive sale around that time and she's exploiting that or something? It's weird because the ones from 4 months ago haven't sold, so no idea why she's got hold of another 30 more around lucky dip time!

@TwirlyPineapple - there’s loads of overpriced ROKA bags on eBay too - I don’t really understand it - some of these people must be sitting on dozens of bags that they can’t sell because the market is flooded.

I’m ‘watching’ a couple of reasonably priced bags from private sellers, (presumably people who just didn’t like their LD purchases). I would have no problem buying from these sellers but these ‘dealers’ - no!

I was watching a couple of lovely ones on vinted. A trafalgar with a fine navy and white stripe and a backpack with matching purse in a small dark red and black check.

Didn't want to buy until I got my last maxi dip and obviously sold now.

Received mine this morning a small bantry b in Marine with grey straps.
Mixed thoughts, love the colour and look but a bit small to be practical for me 😩

The cranberry small Bantry envy ramped up and I’ve ended up picking one up from Vinted. I don’t want to risk a dip and the seller I bought from set the price reasonably.

I’ve really plummeted to the depths of self delusion on my justification for buying it. I need to carry medical equipment when I travel and the red is ideal to make it stand out.

That’ll do for Roka now unless they bring out an irresistible new design. I’d love to do another dip for the fun of it though

I would wonder about the authenticity of the bags tbh...

What's the current wait Between ordering and delivery?

My original order was on the 30th and I received it on the 4th. My second was ordered late afternoon on the 4th and it arrived on the 7th. So pretty quick both times!

I did another order late night Wednesday (🙈) and I haven't received it yet but the post hasn't been today.

All via Royal Mail, and I didn't get a dispatch email either time.

How much smaller in reality is the small Bantry B and the small Finchley A? Everyone's saying how small the Bantry is. I have a Finchley but quite tempted to get a Bantry too.

I have a small Bantry and can get a surprisingly large amount into into it. My small Finchley (not LD as I wanted a specific colour) is going back; when I tried it out I couldn't find things in it and found it a faff. I miles prefer the Bantry in practical terms, though I do think the Finchley looks simple and sleek.

I got a small Bantry and I'd say it's pretty big for a day to day bag. Not big enough for a laptop or to be a work bag, but if it's a handbag alternative it's more than big enough. I use it for days out with my 3 year old.

Currently it's holding spare trousers and top, several pairs of pants, a pair of gloves, a pack of baby wipes, two packs of tissues, a small squash bottle, keys, purse and phone.

With all that, it's about 2/3 full and I could definitely slide a tablet into the internal pocket as well.
