I'd really like a large backpack (would need to be a large for my laptop) but think I will wait for the sales as I have a small bantry and don't really need another.

@LivingDeadGirlUK I think those customers who order more than one maxi dip per order, are receiving a larger backpack as part of the mix. I don't think I have seen many people receiving all small backpacks. So you could order two and sell one..... it's a slippery slope.... before you know it you will be knee deep in Roka bags!

I placed my order on 30/12 and I'm in Ireland. Anyone else get their overseas order delivered yet?

I ordered two maxi dips and got a small bantry and a medium trafalgar, so no guarantee you'll get a large but at least one medium seems likely.

I got my replacement maxi, a Bayswater in cranberry. It's a LOT bigger than the small Bantry, bigger than I need on a regular basis, but it will be excellent for travelling or for any journeys where I need to take my laptop.And I love the colour!

But the Bantry was ample big enough for a daytrip yesterday.

Anyone else surprised how bloody big the medium canfield is? I used mine yesterday and I LOVE it!!!

The medium Canfield is a great sized bag, it’s a fantastic travelling bag. I got it as my first lucky dip, just in the wrong colour. I'm very tempted to just buy one in a colour I like, rather than dipping again.

@TwirlyPineapple - that’s exactly what I got with an order of two Maxi Dips, (plus I chucked in a Mini Dip too).

I got a small Custard Bantry b, (don’t love the colour, tbh, but it certainly stands out), and a Simple Purple Medium Trafalgar.

I got a Chelsea crossbody pouch in the Mini.

What were your colours, as a matter of interest?

I got small bantry back pack when I ordered a large/maxi lucky dip. I’m really annoyed tbh and they’ve told me I can return it but I can’t be bothered. It’s orange as well which would be fine except the other maxi I ordered is in orange but the right large size. I just won’t use the small one so I’m annoyed.

@TwirlyPineapple can I ask what colour Canfield you have? Were you looking to swap?

You win some you lose some. A few Bayswaters being received at the moment. Those look like great bags!

Next year I am going to try a different strategy.
I am going to wait until mid January before ordering.
I reckon they offload all of the unpopular stock first.
Then once all of that's gone, they start sending out the good stock.

Today and yesterday - Bayswaters and hats....
Last 2 weeks - small bantry and paddingtons galore.

I just had the same thought! I got some amazing dips last year and I was quite late to the party after finding the thread here. This year, I was on their mailing list and was waiting for email so I could pounce ....

For those that enjoy a lucky dip, this year I found the "seconds lucky dip" on Fabulous Planning, has two £10 dips and got an amazing (and looks perfect to me!) Planner Shell and Inserts worth about £80!

@Uneasypeasy Me too! I saw this last year, ordered mid Jan and lucked out.
So tempted to go again next week when they get round to the Heathrows!

I'd LOVE a Bayswater but really didn't think any would be included! Can't complain about my medium black and grey Canfield though. I sold a pink Finchley for £15 on Vinted yesterday. Only paid £29.95 in the dip 2 years ago.

Mine were a black creative waste medium Trafalgar and a custard small bantry. I do actually love the custard colour, but can see how it wouldn't be everyone's taste!

@LuckyDuckyRoka I already sold it on Vinted, sorry! It was a black creative waste nylon one with grey accents. A lovely bag, just not my style.

I’m seriously considering two more maxi lucky dips. Given how quickly I managed to resell them on Vinted (for £30, to be clear, not ripping anyone off!) it seems very low risk. ROKA would think I’m mad though, having bought five and not officially returned any to them haha 🙈

I think I would have preferred black for the Trafalgar, but the Purple (really lilac) beast is in use now and doing its job. I am working on learning to love it.

@IlovePond The Trafalgar is actually a nicer bag than I thought initially. The nylon made me not like it much, but I've seen one on Vinted which is striped canvas and I'd consider getting it if I weren't more keen to have a backpack.

I know what you mean @TwirlyPineapple - the almost ‘silky’ texture combined with the sickly lilac colour of mine isn’t doing it any favours. I can see that in a different colour/fabric, it would probably be quite attractive!

My son had just causally mentioned that he needs a smaller bag. So I've order 3 medium dips. Ffs. Addicted.

There is one person selling on vinted almost 50 bags at a huge mark up, then they have a second account, but are clearly the same person with another 15. They have similar user names on Ebay. They must be making in a fortune. I didn't think vinted allowed reselling on a scale like that.

@mauvish did you get any kind of shipping notification after Roka emailed you to say they were sending out a replacement? They are kindly sending me another bag as I got a small in the Maxi but I’ve only received their initial email offering the replacement and no follow up yet
