Also happy with today's treat - I've used K-18 before and as @BloodyWolves said this 50 ml size will go a very long way.

New product to me and will be trying it out over the Christmas period when I’m not seeing anyone and doesn’t matter how oily my hair looks 😆

That makes three things in a row I actually can and will use - not bad.

eta: Rather hope I don’t like it too much at that price!

It's quite a good calendar, the K!8 was a pull for me to buy, and as other's have said, a generous size but I would expect that from such an expensive calendar.

@Talisin You'll have no issues from oily hair with this one. Actually very much the opposite. Using too much, or in my case, using it as intended as a leave in, can make your hair brittle, dry, crunchy and gummy.

I find it only works well for me as a pre shampoo treatment for 5 minutes and thoroughly washed out after with shamppo followed by conditioner, and only using once a month. I expect this size will easily last me a year, if not more.

I missed yesterday - interested to try the cleanser. Today's is something I wouldn't have bought so it's completely new to me.

Interestingly or rather uninterestingly, K18 works better for me if I condition my hair then use it as a standard leave in afterwards. I think it’s a product that’s worth playing around with because how they advertise it isn’t always what works best on different hair types. I might try it as a pre wash treatment next time as @psuedocream3 recommends!

Very please with the K18 as I've been wanting to try it out for a while 😊

Hair products are my DoD. It seems like this works best in different ways for different people so am a bit nervous about trying it.

I've never heard of k18 and don't really use hair stuff other than shampoo and conditioner! Will look forward to trying this.

I tried the face wash yest and it was OK but nothing too exciting or foamy (which I like)

@LightandBreezy todays hair mask is one of the things I would have repurchased anyway and at £70ish (can’t remember now!) it made it worth the calendar for me, along with a few other key repeat purchases!

I really like this and it smells lovely. Previously I had used the living proof triple bond complex which did a very similar thing for me but smelled awful.

I’ve never heard of K18 either! I can’t believe how much it costs

My hair is so swishy! I keep walking up to people at work saying ‘feel my hair, no go on feel it’. I’m worried how much I love it as it is so expensive.
I also loved how velvety the cleanser made my face feel but managed not to force people to stroke my cheek.

I’ll try this tomorrow after washing my hair and will report back. If you all can contain your excitement

If anyone does get dry hair from the k18 that's due to too much protein apparently, so when you wash again and condition it'll be fine. I didn't have that problem and like @TheChosenTwo this would have been a repurchase for me anyway.

Hmm tried the K18 and it’s made my hair fluffy and flyaway. I really don’t like it which is a shame as it was a product I was looking forward to, and now having used it, I can’t sell it. I’ll try again but I prefer Olaplex 6.

I was not expecting a double drawer this morning! Love the look of the Summer Fridays balm. I normally use a Kiehl’s one but it’s running low so this will be its replacement.

Not so sure about the Rare lip oil. I’ve got one of their lip creams and I can’t say I particularly love the formula. It never completely dried down and I hate the feeling of anything too oily or sticky on my lips. It’s a beautiful colour though!

Well today’s twofer was a lovely surprise! Not tried either brand before so looking forward to that. Meant to stick the Summer Fridays in my bag for today but was in too much of a hurry this morning.

Nice to have two items today, I think the calendar has been very good value so far.

I'll be keeping the summer friday lip butter balm, as it's more my colour, and DD will be getting the rare beauty. I seem to have so many lip products at the moment.

Do you mind me asking how you used it? Did you follow the instructions and use it as a leave in conditioner after shampooing or do something different with it?

@bigdecisionstomake I use it as per the instructions, works well for me.

love the 2 lip products, hadn’t tried the summer Fridays one before but it’s nice, the rare beauty one I’ve had before, this one isn’t my colour so dd1 will take it off my hands - it’s a lovely formula.
