Yeh@psuedocream3 I sell AC boxes on eBay. Liberty ones go for the most - I have sold one for £16 before. JL and others I have sold for a fiver plus postage.

I kept the F&M one from a few years ago as it was so so festive and pretty and I have refilled it a couple of times.

Fenwick advent 12 days this year, 200gbp I am not impressed by the content at all

Have Fenwicks released their 2024 calendar? I can’t see anything on their website

I’m so annoyed with Space NK now. I ordered on the 10th, the very first day, so called “early access”.
They have told me so many different dispatch dates so many times, the last one being yesterday, and it still hasn’t been dispatched.

I’m now going to have to contact them again to clarify that they do in fact have my order and that it was processed. I did get an order number and an email confirmation.

Oh I have just found the details of the Fenwick advent and it is very disappointing. It was £175 last year and worth over £700 with some good bits like the EGF serum but this year it is £200 and only worth £500. I can’t see it selling fast.

It’s pretty poor isn’t it? It’s more like a gwp full of minis. I can’t believe it is £200! Last year it was £165 and much better

I have no problem with 12 days but at that price I expect each to be hit! and even the total value, if I am interested in the products I don't mind at all
supplements, AB cream 15ml, I don't know who buys rodial - I only see them filling in gwps and advents, 10ml primer, philip kinsley products - it does not feel lux to me

£200 spend for £500 value is indeed poor.
I'm holding out for john lewis, should release next Friday. And the HN fragrance box, which may not be the best for value but I really want it. Got into fragrance a lot in the last year but indecisive me prefers the large sample sizes to buying a full bottle.

I liked the 12 day Fenwicks advent last year as it had lots of good full sized products and I think it was worth nearly £800. I got it when they offered a good gwp to go alongside it. This year I don’t think I would be tempted even with a discount and gwp. JL is much better value for money and £5 cheaper.

me too. I ordered perfume de marley sample set and with 2 free samples, it comes to 9 samples to try to keep me going. I really hope Space NK do one too!

Don't know if it's your thing but Freemans are doing a christmas scent cracker at the moment for only £15 includes four perfumes but they are more the celebrity type ones. I thought for that price I can't go wrong just to try something out.

I ordered on 10th and my Space NK calendar hasn't been dispatched yet either 😡

Snap RE ordering on 10th. I know we don’t need them til December but it’s the principle of the thing why take pre orders if you haven’t a system in place to fulfil as the orders come in. I did intend of give 4 items to my niece who was home from oz and then use the £100 I would have spent buying her a present getting myself 4 new drawers from eBay or vinted and the date given for dispatch at the time of order would have allowed for that but that ship has sailed it just feels odd how they realise there’s been an issue and instead of stopping anymore orders being fulfilled clearing the back log first. Mines still says new under status online x

And yet hilariously space nk are trawling for new orders as I had a 'get in quick our advent is selling fast' email from them.

I've just cancelled my order with SpaceNK, there were other things on it as well, not just the calendar and I'm fed up with them.

I have enough calendars, I do not need more...

What's the betting they ignore the cancellation and rush through the order?

@LyingWitchInTheWardrobe I also cancelled mine and picked up the things I really wanted off Vinted

I've got one from a couple of years ago which has been sat in a space next to my wardrobe ever since! Not sure what to do with it!

I've had an e-mail from SpaceNK telling me that part of my order has been despatched. I've told them I won't accept it, I had already cancelled the order in total. They're a shower...

Not sure this has been mentioned today, but ASOS code 'beauty' gives 20% off and can be applied to other ACs they stock, although not their own. So the Benefit and Nuxe ones come in at £124.8 and £68 respectively.
