I'd feel a bit funny buying beauty off Vinted I think, I'd be worried someone had tried it and didn't like it. I looked last night just out of curiosity. People are listing Jo Loves candles for RRP, I know they're probably expecting to be haggled down but they're being totally unrealistic. Some have been sitting for months.

Totally @JudgeBurrito but some of it has the advent it came from in the picture and some is sealed. Agree there's someone trying to sell a bader retinol for RRP they got from a calendar - they won't have a lot of luck - but others for £45 which is far more reasonable

I won’t be getting the Space NK AC but wanted to try the product in the day 25 drawer and the rare beauty product. They were under half price and the seller were also selling other products from the AC so felt comfortable buying them! Was hoping it might be someone from this thread and therefore trustworthy haha

I was already looking to buy a scalp massager and Biotin anyway and i always need soap, shampoo and bodywas so that basically makes the advent calendar free...right?!

Had an email this morning about the Harvey Nichols calendar. It looks nice but there's not a lot in it that grabs my attention for the price. Space NK is better for the £250 (although maybe HN will manage the deliveries better???)

Thank you. Looks to be more mini fragrances than the Harrods one but some good perfumes

@pinkchampagne1 there’s quite a few I want to try and a few stocking fillers. I don’t need any more beauty products until next advent season

I agree that there are some lovely perfumes. I got the Portrait Of A Lady perfume in the JL calendar last year and I love it. I also really like the Delina perfume.

I got the SpaceNk in the end. Bit of panic buying as I don't see it online, I went in store I got one of the few left. Have they ever sold out online so quick?

I've bought an advent calendar (Harrods). Rather than buy a 2nd calendar, I've spent the equivalent on eBay & Vinted to stock up on usuals: EGF serum, Good Genes, Happy Endings and AA Bath Oils.

I assume sales this early are by people deliberately splitting up their calendars and so (hope) not likely to have been tried. Have had more problem with clothing buys on Vinted than beauty.

Yes I'd imagine do. I am doing this after creaming off a few of the best things for myself. Market has got saturated now and prices dropping so whilst that's good for the buyer, not so great for sellers. I may stockpile until the immediate demand has abated rather than sell for far below the RRP..sold a Tom Ford lippy for £17 today after fees and postage that's £12 for me, barely worth it.

Good Genes is always hard to sell ime as a seller so you should be able to pick it up at a good price!

Don't think so but this year seems to have been a bit of a race to get them all out early and the big brands are jostling to be #1. I did rate the space one this year. I just hope they do 12 days of fragrance again as that was excellent last year.

I almost bought LF calendar today but what is the £30 gift card? That put me off without knowing the brand.

It appears it is a bit of a nonsense as can only be used on Foreo tools and excludes the masks.
