Now I wonder if the October 4th date is for new orders, and they’re sending them out in batches on different dates

My SpaceNk arrived today and I had a look at day 25 since other posters here were underwhelmed. Instead of taking my own advice and swapping it for another day, I am instead pondering buying myself something else entirely for Christmas day.

I really do need help but not sure this is the right place! 🤣

I genuinely love it here though and laughed out loud reading earlier about someone with I think 6 calendars. I have noone in real life to share this joy with. At best my sister might appreciate a Soap and Glory advent but she'd be horrified at Harrods and SpaceNK 😮

I’ve had an email today from Space NK to say mine is out for delivery and will take 2-4 working days. I’m in no rush.
I’ve been busy with my spreadsheets deciding what I’ll keep and what I’ll sell on (I’m keeping most or giving to Dsis). I am still looking to get ideally Harrods, or Liberty/JL and making up a mix & match calendar (will get DH to put them in so I don’t know what’s in each day). If I don’t get another calendar, I will purchase a couple of other bits I want and pop them in.

I am still thinking that maybe they will release online again, and they are just doing stock control at the moment.

I won’t be able to get one collected for a few weeks now due to change in plans but they have kindly said they are happy to get it for me. I will see what happens between now and then

I am thinking that maybe Fenwicks aren’t going to do their own beauty advent this year as I would have thought they would have released the details by now 🤔

Anyone who was charged delivery on space nk, email customer services and they will refund as this was a glitch.

Can I ask if anyone with a H&B calendar opened each box to check nothing was missing or for leakages etc? My DH doesn’t want to check each box for me… is it fairly safe to take the risk until Dec?

I didn't open the boxes but I did a quick shake of each one and there was something in each of them. Nothing seemed to be leaking either.

Ive gone for H&B so far. Full of good everyday products.

Could be tempted by JL if I’m feeling flush and there is a discount!

Just wish they would all stop with the black eyeliner and I only use tubing mascara. Drawers of dooooooom be gone!

I know what you mean and why it's useful, but 'good everyday products' doesn't set my December heart alight! I want products that might change my life if only I could spend £200 on them on a regular basis. 😂

This is so true. I like to believe that this golden elixir of oxygen infused rose petals and nymph essence will mean I arise phoenix like, reborn as a transcendent beauty, the like of which has never before been seen.

That's it! And it's also why I don't really mind if something is 'deluxe sized' if the full size is silly money and I get to rub it on my face and wait to wake up looking 25 again.

I ordered my SpaceNK calendar on the day of waitlist release, I’ve had an email to say dispatch is delayed but not with an updated dispatch date… the charge on my card seems to have disappeared. Has this happened to anyone else (coming off lurking mode to ask this question!)

Yes I've had a message from my bank saying SpaceNK hasn't taken payment 🤷‍♀️

@TreesinthePark How big is the drawer? Big enough for a candle or a perfume? That's what I'd get as SNK is a bit lacking in those.

@FortyDegreeDay @dottyaboutstripes I ordered day of release too and haven't had a confirmation email or been charged. It's showing on my orders though. I emailed customer services this morning to check I'll actually get the stock. I don't mind if it's delayed, but I will be raging if I placed the order on the 10th and they're fulfilling later orders instead. It does feel a little like the Harrods fiasco.

I tried Sunday Riley Good Genes and CEO at the weekend as received them in Liberty boxes/GWPs recently and was slightly gutted to see and feel how amazing my skin looked after

I’ve had an update to say my Space NK calendar is due for delivery tomorrow, and the money has now been taken from my bank.
Seems a bit typical given that I’m in no rush for mine but others want it now, but I’m not complaining

Good to know it’s not just me… I’ll be annoyed if my order isn’t fulfilled but I’d get over it. I want clarity over the delivery date because I need to arrange being home and don’t want the bloody thing left on the doorstep for someone to run off with 🤣

Space NK - I'm looking at my order (placed on 12th September), I ordered some other things with the calendar and those were promised within 2-4 working days (not here yet).

Calendar is apparently going to be available for despatch on 27th of September. I imagine that means that it's being delivered to the warehouse(s) anytime from now and will be sent out on or around 27th?

I ordered Space NK on 10th and the order confirmation says that it was due for shipping on 13th September. It doesn't appear to have been dispatched, so I contacted customer service.

They said that the time given was an estimate and that there are delays due to high demand, but that I will receive my order. I'm not in a hurry for it, I just want to know that they are actually going to send it!

My bank has taken payment for my Space NK advent calendar on 10th and I’ve had nothing from them since they emailed later on that day to say it’s out of stock. On My Orders section online it has continually pushed delivery out and now says 4th October… my concern is :

1. will it actually ever come (I ordered at 9:45am on 10th) - I’ll be raging if it doesn’t!
2. we go away a week later for 2 weeks so what happens if I’m not home?

first time I’ve ordered the space NK advent calendar so not sure if this is all normal. I’m actually tempted to buy it from my local shop and cancel my online order - does anyone know if they’re in store?
