Honest opinions on this outfit for (step)mother of the bride please.

I hate dresses, so I really want some sort of pantsuit or jumpsuit. But it's going to still be fairly warm (September) so I don't really want to wear a jacket. I'm a size 18, would this be appropriate?

No that colour is not suitable

This is blue although it looks black in the photo , the only issue seems to be it's not the easiest to get out of in a hurry. Although they all say it's worth it.

That's a great choice and would be flattering in a bigger size.

No you don't need to be "tall and willowy" - that get's trotted out for almost everything.

With the jacket , yes I don't see an issue. You clearly aren't the bride- no one is going to be confused My reservation is it looks cheap- a better quality 3 piece suit in that style might be a better option.

The navy Monsoon jumpsuit alternative is horrendous. Despite my reservations about quality I'd take this any day over the Monsoon jumpsuit.

Sorry I agree with others although I like the outfit it’s to casual and to close to white for a wedding

This is much more weddingy. I don't usually like hats but a huge black one would really set this off.

Too casual and also it’s not good etiquette to wear white to a wedding. The phase 8 printed one is lovely with a white or black jacket.
