I've opened my box and the PK isn't included in mine. It's not on the picture or on the leaflet enclosed, so I'm wondering if it's an error on the email. I got that product recently though - can't remember if it was in the previous box or in a GWP.

Same. I’ve just contacted CS on chat. I use it all the time and I really wanted it.

The email links to a page on their website that’s been up for several days. I’m interested to see how they handle it. Will they send the product to everyone who reports it missing, send a voucher to complainants or fob us off? I’ll report back when I get a response.

I've just received my box. It's by far the most disappointing one I've had so far, with nothing that I'm excited to try. I've quite liked the other Liberty fragrances that have been in the boxes, advent calendars, and perfume kits, but I've had to wash off this sample as I think it's really horrible 😆

Would have loved another PK serum but alas, it wasn't in mine either.

I've had the shampoo and conditioner before - it's not great for my thick but fine hair tbh makes it all claggy/greasy

I'm happy enough with this box. The 'missing' item was in the last box so obviously a mistake. Not ideal but I'm not too fussed.

The hair care is marketed as being for "afro or curly hair". I suppose it's difficult for them to please everyone, but that type of product is only going to suit certain people with specific hair types. It's not a great box for me generally to be honest. I'm wavering about whether to cancel.

A lousy box. Will give it a few more months and possibly cancel. Stock issues will probably decide it for me.

I’m happy with the cleanser, it’s one of my favourite brands and the body wash will come in handy. The shampoo and conditioner are useless because they’re not designed for my hair type. I’ve already got a stack of eye masks and the tiny perfume sample is pointless. Of course the one thing I really wanted is missing. It’s a shame because the last couple of boxes were really good.

Ah, I'm glad you spotted that. I might give the shampoo and conditioner to my niece in that case as I'm guessing it'll be far too heavy for my fine, limp wavy-ish hair.

I'm really pleased with the box, there are quite a few products I was considering buying so being able to try them out is really helpful!

And I always love eye masks

I'm already wearing perfume so will have to wait to try this one till tomorrow but I am glad to have a sample to see whether I like it

Ooh the perfume is not what I expected and I love it! It’s very unusual. If I can’t use my credit on Sézane belt I’ll be buying some. I bought the shampoo before and like it so I’ll used it despite not being that hair type at all. Always pleased with Omorovizca but too spendy for my shallow pockets. Eye mask better than a face mask but I could live without. Still got loads of the Liberty eye mask left from the last drop. M&G always go into my wash bag so it’ll get used. I’m pleased even though I didn’t catch what I wanted in the sale. Might take a break just because I don’t need the credit building up.

Surely they’ll just explain it was a mistake, I don’t think that will be a fob off? It’s a freebie box, so it’s not like we have paid for a specific item. I’m not sure what the complaint would be apart from someone put the wrong product up by mistake?

I meant freebie in the pot luck fashion. As in, we don’t know what we are getting each month. We haven’t paid for a specific item, we pay for the surprise and selection. Therefore we haven’t been miss-sold anything, because we don’t know what we are buying!

I was a bit disappointed too but I realise that I’m the problem not the contents. I have a lot of certain things after Christmas and cleansers, shampoos and perfume all come in that category. I am excited about the handwash as I want to smell the Rum scent as it’s quite trendy. Also looking forward to my eye bags being improved by the eye mask.

They’re sending me a replacement box. So more shampoo, conditioner and an eye mask I won’t use. What’s the betting there’s no PK in this one either? Absolutely faultless customer service though.

The perfume is really weird - I can't make my mind up about whether I like it. It smells lovely at first but there's some sort of undertone of rusty spoons or burning rubber (is the best way I can think to describe it). I like the rest of the box though.
