Created with my eyes shut as I'm impatiently waiting for my box!

I hope it arrives on the 16th as I'm away on the 17th and now that we don't get any notifications that it's on its way from Yodel/Evri I can't change the delivery day!

No spoiler, but I don't feel I'm missing out.

Uhhh more excitement!!! I'm not going to look. First one, so no idea what to expect. Anything will be a lovely surprise x x

I cancelled the drop a couple of months back so checked the spoiler, I think it's a great box!

I didn't receive the kit

I’ve just signed up for Beauty Drop - I think that means I’ll still get the box this month?

I’ve joined largely as a savings vehicle for the advent calendar! I missed a multibrand this year so am committing now to Liberty for good or bad. It’s always my favourite for appearance and I’m not going to look at the contents in advance. Old school!

@Doubleraspberry they emailed all the BD members the full contents in June before the pre-orders opened in July in 2024, we shared and discussed here. So you might want to avoid emails and this thread around that time.

Probably the brand’s fault rather than Liberty’s but I ordered a full size Matiere Premiere perfume from them a few weeks ago and the bottle had a chip and scratch. I have to admit I hoped they’d offer a small amount as a refund as I couldn’t be bothered to arrange a return but they did want it back!

Selfridges on the other hand sent me a bdk perfume set with one of the of the perfumes in the set incorrectly listed. Apart from that all fine I was surprised they let me keep it and gave a full refund. So Selfridges > liberty for customer service.

I was very naughty & googled the spoiler details & let's just say I am excited.

Same! And luckily I have a terrible memory so have already forgotten what they are (but I know I thought it was good mix if things )

Oh that's useful to know. I might switch and buy more from there. If I am spending a decent amount online I expect the customer service to reflect that.

But the contents listed on the "unbox with us" part of the tracking email is listing an item that isn't included in the box photos?

Yes, I've just got mine and PK item isn't included even though it is included in the unboxing email.

But I've just remembered we got it in the last box, October 2024!
It must be an error

I've opened my box and the PK isn't included in mine. It's not on the picture or on the leaflet enclosed, so I'm wondering if it's an error on the email. I got that product recently though - can't remember if it was in the previous box or in a GWP.
