has anyone sold much on vinted of unwanted items? How much lower than rrp do you put them on for normally?

Not vinted but Ebay. I sell to the market but would expect 50% RRP

violetmondays · 15/10/2024 12:54

I paid £9.50 plus postage on Vinted for an extra pot of the liquid eye patch but I really like it, if that helps.

Yes that’s brill thanks. Even if I just get a fiver for things it’s better than it just sitting around.

CyanideShake · 15/10/2024 12:57

Mine has just arrived. I always forget when they're due so when it turns up it's a nice surprise.

Same.

CyanideShake · 15/10/2024 13:36

I like this perfume. Kind of woody and creamy.

CyanideShake · 15/10/2024 13:40

And I think I must be the only Philip Kingsley fan. Lol. Elasticizer is a holy grail product for me so I'm happy to find out what this serum is like. .

Malin & Goetz is the brand I hate seeing pop up in these kinds of boxes.

SwordBilledHummingbird · 15/10/2024 13:44

Mine just showed up announced :)

I'm pleased with this box. I already have a small bottle of the perfume but I really like it so another is nice to have. All the skincare will get used and I'm pretty happy with the hair stuff as I'm almost out of my current blow dry stuff so it saves me buying more for a few more months (though I agree with others that I don't consider PK to be a luxury brand). I probably won't use the nail stuff but I'll put it aside for my teenage niece. All in all a very decent offering.

See, I have time for M + G. Love the dark rum fragrance and the grapefruit cleanser. And the tiny stick deodorant ( although not straight after a shave.... ouch)

Onewayanoth · 15/10/2024 15:02

Mine just arrived too. Not sure about the nail polish or the perfume but the rest looks nice and things I’ll use. I often end up selling one or two things that I know I won’t use on Vinted to cover the cost of having the box.

Superworm24 · 15/10/2024 15:09

I love the nail polish. I'd never heard of the brand before BD but I'm considering their advent calendar. The products are really interesting and are more like skin care than traditional nail polishes.

I won't use the PK hair stuff so that will be gifted but I'm not sure if the perfume is for me. But I love the rest.

jay55 · 15/10/2024 15:59

Bit of a dud box for me. I'll try the hydrating lotion and the neurae samples but the rest will be given away.

violetmondays · 15/10/2024 17:06

Finally received mine! I think it's a good value box despite probably not using some of the products. The nail polish is nice but I always have gel on so won't be using it. I have a larger pot of the Kat Burki vit c cream from the Founders Edit kit and it's nice so I will use that and it's a good size for travel. Jury is out on the perfume, although smelling now a while after spraying it might be growing on me. I find a lot of recent perfumes smell woody/leathery which is not really for me but that does seem to be fading a bit. The others not too fussed about but will probably use them when I run out of others.

TracyBeakerSoYeah · 15/10/2024 17:45

Got my box & I happy with it. I love the Sana Jardin Sandalwood Temple perfume as I like woody/cedar fragrances.
Looking forward to trying the KB Vit C cream, Manicurist active nail glow, PK hair serum & Sisley face mask.

Not too bothered about the Suqqu hydrating lotion & the Neurae serum/balm but will give them a go.

BakeOffRewatch · 15/10/2024 17:49

I got the box but baby was contact napping so I appreciated reading all the spoilers with one hand on my phone 😂

I really like it. I love Suqqu brand, it’s a lotion not a toner so makes sense after serum. Guessing the PK is like a leave in conditioner so I’ll use it before I blow dry, I’ve just run out of the Ouai one that came in the Cult Beauty summer travel edit. I do not like the Sisley black rose range smell and I’d never repurchase at that price but the masque will get used. I’m delighted that there’s finally a nail product, though I wish we’d got a fun Christmas nail colour. Whilst I loved the tiger Sana Jardin perfume, this sandalwood one smelled really alcohol-y to me and then once it settled smells awful. Could that be hormones though? DH smelled awful to me the other day and I was asking him what his new cologne was and he said nothing new!

I’ve been receiving loads of neurae promo, their marketing is in line with the anti-pollution anti-stress USP that’s been emerging over past few years, same as Reome Broth. They are doing free 10min treatments at Liberty if you can get there www.libertylondon.com/uk/services/beauty-services/neurae-treatment-room.html

Pootle40 · 15/10/2024 17:50

Just got mine and thought what a lovely smell until I realised it's because the perfume has smashed in transit. Smells gorgeous too so I would have used it. I'm tempted to take a photo and tell them!

TracyBeakerSoYeah · 15/10/2024 17:59

@Pootle40 email Liberty customer services & they'll send you a replacement.

AprilLady · 15/10/2024 18:14

Definitely happy with the box. But very underwhelmed by the GWP that was released today. It’s essentially a big Liberty candle and a bunch of samples - but with a £200 minimum spend. And just noticed that the one thing I’ve been waiting for a GWP before purchasing is now out of stock.

D20 · 15/10/2024 18:15

Thanks for the spoilers because I’m away and my husband wouldn’t open it on FaceTime for me. Decent enough box I suppose but I’m not wowed. Is the nail glow like Dior nail glow (that I already have)?

You should. They'll definitely send you out another box. Their customer service is good in that regard.

yes v similar to the Dior

CocoMascara · 15/10/2024 18:21

I’m quite pleased with this box, not that keen on the perfume but v happy with everything else. Anything that can calm my frizz is very welcome!

HellsBells67 · 15/10/2024 18:34

I hate the perfume with a vengeance, I feel as though every single new fragrance has these leathery, masculine notes. The box is just meh to me. Still, not cancelling as I use it to save for my favourite Diptyque items.

OvaHere · 15/10/2024 19:10

This is only my second box but I do like it. I wasn't sure about the perfume at first but I think it's a grower.

I like the sound of the nail glow stuff because I'm a bit rubbish at doing my nails properly and this sounds like a shortcut to make them look a but better without a lot of effort.

I'll use all the creams and the PK can go in a box I'm putting together for my sis.

CarrieMoonbeams · 15/10/2024 19:29

I won't use the PK serum at all, so if anyone wants it just drop me a message, first to ask can have it.

No charge at all and I don't need a swap of anything. I'll pay the postage too, it will only be a couple of £ so it can be my good deed for the year!

I won't be able to post until Saturday though I don't think.

WindsurfingDreams · 15/10/2024 19:51

I'm really pleased with the box.
On first smell the perfume really appeals to me so I can see myself buying it if I enjoy wearing it. I love finding new perfumes!

The nail polish is great, I've already tried it and am pleased.

And I am going to enjoy trying the other bits
