It’s a lovely photo, and I agree with all previous comments. It will be nice to see her if she’s well enough and wants to, although I do hope she’s not feeling under pressure.
Zara looks amazing there. The dress is very pretty and flattering, and I like her hair too - a bit softer than some styles. My favourite A shoes too

Louise looks nice but I’m not sure that shade of yellow works on Sophie. I think a slightly cooler tone would’ve been better.

Louise is used to bombing about in carriages in the rain - it's her hobby. Horsey people are made of sterner stuff!

I had anticipated a brief step out onto balcony from Kate so I'm delighted to see she felt up to a fuller participation by her (unless there is a thread elsewhere on MN bemoaning having to go to a big family event of her DHs family because he refuses of over see the kids for a few hours, even though they have a nanny who could help out).

Kate looks fab, so does Camilla. Poor Louis in those long socks though. Bet he can't wait for long trousers!
Looking forward to the balcony scenes later although we'll be in the car.....while Kate gets to hang out being regal with her kids, I'll be cleaning the kitchen of my eldests uni house! Oh, the glamour 😂

Absolutely gorgeous photo of Kate. I think she looks fabulous and I love her outfit. As pp have mentioned, very Audrey Hepburn elegant.
Such a shame it is raining so hard there, the crowds look very wet!
I like Cam's outfit, not seen the other royals yet as we were out walking the dog! Will watch it back later.

I just saw a picture on The Telegraph news feed with Sophie and Louise sheltering under the canopy of the carriage in the driving rain. The Duke of Kent must have budged up to make room for poor Louise.

I am so pleased that Catherine is feeling well enough to participate today. I thought she looked stunning and all the children looked great too. I do think they all looked a bit less relaxed than in past years but that is completely understandable with what's been going on. Pity about the rain but loved that Charlotte was clearing window of carriage so she could see the crowds and wave.

I agree completely. Charlotte is still young enough to carry off such a design. She appears confident too.
