Leti looks fab in her boucle jacket and trousers. The flats make her look a bit more contemporary than her previous kitten heels.

That is good news about Catherine. She must be dreading all the press attention analysing her for any visible changes. I would hate it and wish people didn’t make such a big deal out of it.

I do hope she's got a "fuck you" outfit, has a great day with her kids and isn't too wiped afterwards.

Yes - it’s “her” regiment whose colour is being trooped, so I think green is very likely (would tie into the lush natural foliage in yesterday’s photo nicely also). Or teal blue, as that’s the colour of the plumage in their hats. She wore a very tailored teal blue outfit when she took on the role of colonel, and so might re-wear that? It’s not very summery - but then, neither is the weather!

She wore green last year to TTC. She knows she will be a big focus of today so I think it will be a new outfit (not just for her but all the royal ladies usually wear something new for big occasions).

I think white is a good call - it's summery and not too stand out against the men's bright uniforms. But who knows.

Here's all her previous outfits. She actually recycled a coatdress in 2022 so a new outfit is not guaranteed.

I like the hats with the big flower at the side. Very cheerful and summery. She looks lovely in yellow.

I didn’t really like last year’s bright green with the giant buttons but at least Andrew GN was a departure for her. I preferred the white of the year before and the darker pink McQueen was nice on her too. The weather is a bit grey and miserable today, which is a shame. June has been pretty miserable so far!

I hope it doesn't rain for the carriage parade.

What time is the parade, usually? Looks like it’s going to be heavy rain this morning but it’ll clear up after lunch.

It starts at 11am, I think the carriage procession is 10.30am
Balcony 1pm.

I can’t remember what happened in previous years but if it’s raining do they travel in a closed carriage or do they just grin and bear it? Then again the carriage is probably decided upon weeks in advance so I guess it’s not easy to change. But there’s also a difference between an open carriage in light rain and in a thunderstorm!

It was raining for Charles’ coronation so the carriages were enclosed. They can I imagine do the same today if necessary - it may mean they use different carriages but I assume the Royal Mews have contingency plans!
