It looks like the Elasticizer, Grapefruit Face Cleanser,
Liberty perfume, Sheet Mask, Bamford Body Wash and Sunday Riley After Glow which were in the beauty drop are also in the new GWP (plus some repeats from last week’s GWP!)

I haven’t been through it thoroughly but, on first glance, it looks like the insta photo and new listing match.

No so, the liberty beauty insta posted a picture showing all the products in the GWP coming tomorrow, but took it down shortly after and replaced it.

The current image in these is just the individual GWP you get from different brand.

This was the picture they took down and it has all the last BD items in it and what comes out at midnight tonight.

Right, I've just cancelled my subscription and used my credit on makeup after much deliberation, was feeling stressed about it so feeling better now 😊

@paristotokyo I do occasionally order direct from Diptyque, usually for homeware type things like candle holders or vases. I remember they sent me a beautiful candle and soap gift for my birthday, must get back to ordering my perfume and candles there!

Not impressed with the GWP at all, as someone said, it's the things we paid £15 for in the beauty box and none of it particularly new. I'm definitely considering cancelling now.

Think their over run with beauty drop products since so many people left since the pay increase. Gwp has all this beauty drop 🤦🏽‍♀️

I’m very keen to buy a perfume and use up my credit but I don’t want anything from this GWP and I already have most of it from BD. Awaiting the next one. Hope it’ll be a better one / more like their usual ones! They used to be so much better.

What is going on with Liberty at the moment? I can’t log in to my account it says my password is invalid (same one I’ve always had!) and each time I have tried to re set it still won’t let me in. Grrr not happy when I have so much credit I can’t access!

@LoveLabradors - the same happened to me last week. I contacted Customer Service and they set me a new password. That also didn’t work so they issued another one which did work. Mine is fine now and my credit was still there.

It’s one reason why I’ve decided to spend my credit and vouchers and get the latest GWP. There’s something odd going on with their website. I had the same issue logging in a couple of weeks ago, and then there have been a couple of times where Liberty have had to message about “suspicious activity” on accounts.

This has happened to me a couple of times recently - I've noticed it is usually just after an email has been sent out so assume it is something to do with increased traffic to the website.

I've always been able to log in as normal later in the day.

I've cancelled my subscription after being underwhelmed by the last few boxes - then I realised they had upped my dd to £25 of which only £20 goes to my account. Now have £80 credit to spend but not a clue what to buy

You were right, it allowed me to log in this time thank you. I’ve gone for the GWP as poor as it is. At least it’s something extra for the money spent. I got diptyque eau capitale which I’ve wanted for ages, Lisa Eldridge dancing rose lipgloss (which I anlready have and adore) and the go with the flow beauty kit which 10% off. I was able to use my blue light card discount too on the lipgloss and perfume. I’ve used all my credit and vouchers so feel relieved about that. Liberty have been too erratic recently for my liking. Going to cancel the beauty drop now. I’ve really struggled to spend credit. The winter sale was disappointing compared to previous ones and so much out of stock on the website. I’ve not really liked any kits or GWPs for the past year. I can’t justify having the credit build up - I want to be free to spend it where I like - cult beauty have had three fab edits in a row which I have loved. And like many others the extra £5 a month for beauty drop was unjustifiable for dull boxes. Farewell beauty drop and Liberty, I really did love you for a good while!
I just hope the next box isn’t amazing or that there isn’t a brilliant GWP next month 😆

My cancellation says April 30 - does that mean they will still take payment? And is there anyway to circumvent this and not allow payment to be taken?

@LoveLabradors I was going to cancel too and do a last order but wasn't able to add the blue light discount as it says it isn't valid? I also have a Lisa Eldridge lipstick and a perfume in my basket. Annoying. Will have to contact customer services

@LoveLabradors this has come up before and in the terms and conditions the cancellation comes at the end of the current billing month. So if payment is still due this month it will still come out

@LoveLabradors you could contact customer services and ask for goodwill but I've no idea what there response would be

Was/is there a GWP because it's not coming up on my checkout (spent £182)?

They make sure that your subscription officially ends on the day of your next scheduled payment, just to squeeze one more payment out of you.

My top up day was always the 4th. I cancelled this month and lo and behold, my subscription will end on May 4th.

I asked CS and was told that they wouldn't take any more money so waiting to see what happens.

I'm pretty sure that when I cancelled, my subscription end date was showing as my next payment date - but no payment was taken.
