I’d be tempted with that GWP too!

I'm really hoping for a good high spend GWP to come up. I would love one of the new liberty perfumes and would probably buy a few other bits at the same time, even though I can get most cheaper elsewhere. Someone said that the sample from the new box smells like Estée Lauder modern muse?

I’m more interested in this kit at the top of their Link In Bio list, but I think it’s the Mother’s Day one that I missed out on isn’t it?

As suspected, they’ve reposted on Instagram using your photo! What a shambles. I haven’t received that email you got so I suspect there’s a mess up there as well!

Just received my order (not the Beauty Drop which is stuck at the yodel delivery depot) with the last GWP and I had no idea the Ianthe candle was full sized!!!! Exciting!

They had reposted on Insta with the alternative photo, but they’ve taken that one down now as well!

The candle is wonderful. I even love the smell of it.

It's just comedic, the Insta I see is still suggesting a quite decent GWP but apparently not ... are they employing the boss's daughter to run their socials?

I agree the candle is lovely! My Go With the Flow kit is missing the silk scrunchie but I'm not sure if it was just in the image for decoration or is in fact meant to be part of the kit?
Still no sign of my beauty drop box.

You were right their sending me a whole new box for missing one item, very happy. I’m def staying, ten percent off kits and free delivery and boxes every quarter is good value for 5 pounds a month.

Also maybe once they’ve got organised with the extra payment model we might get more interesting products again.

After thinking I'd enjoy this box I'm really disappointed. So am cancelling after only two boxes ☹️

It’s still up but they’ve now deleted all of the negative comments about how misleading the post is or asking if it’s a GWP. Liberty definitely not open to constructive criticism or valid questions from confused customers it seems…

It seemed to disappear for a while then reappear. It’s all very strange!

The drama continues. They’ve now turned off comments on the post. Beyond shambolic really that they’ve made such a meal of the situation.

Joking aside, it’s disappointing how little regard they have for customers that they’re happy to delete negative comments and genuine queries and then go so far as to turn off comments to silence people. Terrible social media strategy.

Maybe it is a dreadful social media strategy, but it was a pile on of negative comments from people who hadn’t actually lost anything. Yes if they’d bought the kit it would be different but it was an advert up for a short amount of time that they put right. I think most of us here have seen that Liberty care about actual customers and put it right when we’ve had the wrong items.

Very kindly being sent a replacement scrunchie so am pleased with that. On the other hand my box arrived today and it's really dreadful, not worth it as there is nothing really new or interesting. I use the beauty drop as a savings bank for Diptyque goodies though so am happy to keep going with it but I can totally see why others would bail.

I think goodwill is low at the moment because they keep messing up over and over and over. No excuse really - it isn’t hard to get your messaging right.

I understand that, but equally they have amazing customer service for actual customers. Would I prefer good service when I buy something over good advertising - yes. Not saying I wouldn’t like both because obviously I would but if something has to give then I’d rather the advertising did than their service levels.

So I'm not happy. I changed the address a month ago and also got an email to confirm recently the address to ensure the BD gets sent to the right place.. guess what? It's been sent to my old address

@HellsBells67 I usually order Diptyque direct from them as they include samples chosen by you so I get to try out new fragrances and they often have GWPs. I once got a free travel sized philosykos and feu du bois in one purchase. These are my two favourites from them 😍 they also package them in a lovely dust bag!

@paristotokyo I had that when I moved but they sent another to my new address very quickly after I spoke to them. They were lovely on the phone.
