Yes, I've asked them to confirm I've cancelled and turned off online payments on my card just in case.

Totally underwhelmed so spent the last few quid on Lisa Eldridge after seeing a recommendation on here.

This is definitely my least favourite box since I joined.

So underwhelmed. Like the perfume but it smells a bit chalkier than I thought it would

I have cancelled and removed my cards from my account. My cancellation date is also the day of next payment. Can anyone précis the terms and conditions of cancellation that can be seen anywhere?

The cancellation date coincides with the date the next payment is due purely because you've paid for the current month and you retain the benefits - the free delivery and the 10% off kits, anyway - till that month runs out, surely? I don't think there's anything dodgy about that.

Yes it gets cancelled at the end of the current month.

It’s definitely not my favourite box, Elasticizer and Malin and Goetz feel a bit Marks and Sparks. I’m going to wait until July and then cancel if it’s no better as I’ve got a lot of credit to use up. I may need to give up hope of Moon Carnival ever being in stock!
I’ve had to contact customer services as the mask has a cut in the package so the liquid had leaked over the contents.

I quite like it but I get it’s not very exciting. I’m missing an item do they usually just send you one if you contact them?

They've just replied to me saying that they will send me out another box.

I'm not delighted with this box but at least they're very useful travel sizes and I do like the smell of the body wash. pissed off with elastizer though as have 4 tubes of the PK already which I never seem to get round to using.

I really am going to have to start reserving half an hour every week to use face masks. I do enjoy using them but just never seem to be in the right mental space to lie down and not even read a book.

@Wild0212 there was something broken in one of my boxes , ( one of the tiny perfume samples wouldn’t open ) I emailed , not really expecting anything , but an extra box was sent to me which I was very pleased with
I’m actually quite pleased with the contents , I like the elasticer , and DD pinches mine every time she’s here , the Branford body wash is lovely , the mask will be used

I’ll have to take @listsandbudgets idea and make myself an appointment for a home face mask !

Going against the grain here but I was pleased that we got some holiday sized samples rather than a load of sachets plus an air freshener and/or a hand cream.

at least next weekend away is going to be rather nice on the toiletries front

I take the travel size products to the gym and/or away with me.

I'm fairly happy with mine, not sure I'll use the elasticizer, but all other items are welcome and will come in use on next weekend away. Handy sizes.

I whatsapped and asked why I was sent an email to say I was opted out of emails. Apparently a mistake (another one) that will be passed on to the communications team..
