I also had the email to say it was on its way, but no tracking number.

Same! I very much AM subscribed to their emails, so this is yet another comms fuck up.

I had the same email about not being subscribed, even though I am (or should be). I then tried to log into my account but can't. Sigh.

Yes, I had the same email too, @paristotokyo although I’ve been receiving all communication and I’m opted in also. I double checked this online….just hope that it doesn’t adjust it to no emails! 🙄

It took me several phone calls and messages to get myself subscribed to emails and it now looks as though they have stopped again 🙄🙄

Yay! I always feel like it’s Christmas when my box comes. Looking forward to trying some of it (won’t spoil it for those that haven’t got it).

My email said that I wasn’t subscribed but I checked my account and I am. I wonder if it was just sent to everyone by mistake and I guess it’s always worth checking.

I’ve messaged twice to ask to receive emails. I still don’t get them. They randomly stopped in winter last year. I also can’t log on using my phone but can on my laptop using the same password.

This is beyond shambolic.

The only way I find out the kits and GWPs is from this message board!

I’ve cancelled by subscription, that box really isn’t enough to keep me interested.

It should definitely not be this stressful!

I finally managed to sort my log in issue this morning. All good now. Credit still showing.

My box has just arrived and is ok. Nothing too exciting and one item has a hole in it so has leaked a bit.

I joined originally to save for last year’s advent calendar which I didn’t get in the end. I now have enough credit for this year’s plus a bit so will cancel my BD. I have way too many products at this stage so am on a mission to use everything up.

Email them and they will send you an entire new one- and not want that one returned

Yes I suppose I could @BoneshakerBike but I don’t think I can be bothered! It’s the face mask that leaked a bit. But only a bit. It has a small puncture in it. It’s made the cardboard on the perfume a bit damp that’s all.

Hmmm I mean, it's ok, but I'm not thrilled by this box. The perfume I was curious about but it smells like something I already have, possibly Penhaligon's Orange Blossom or one of the Acqua di Parmas? It's lasting quite well but I don't love it. Overall it feels a little underwhelming after the past few months.

The body wash has leaked all over everything else. It's clear the cap wasn't on properly. I've emailed them and their response will help decide whether or not I cancel.

Have to say the box smelt lovely when I opened it though!

I’ve seen the contents, it looks like a really blah box but it will almost all get used. The thing that I’m not interested in will be repurposed to use elsewhere on my body. Perfume sample looks incredible stingy though!
anyway, I haven’t noticed any chaos behind the scenes etc and still think it’s good value for me so I’m happy to keep it.

I actually really like the sample of the Maze perfume. Not enough to spend £225 on a full bottle though! And it reminds me a bit of Hermes Eau des Merveilles, which I already have.

I agree underwhelming.

However I think I'm going to stay until the July box to see if it's any better.
If it's rubbish then I'm off!

Disappointed by the contents. I'm sick to death of the Elasticizer. It feels like the item every single beauty box by every company chucks in. And more Bamford body wash. I said I'd give it til April and I did but that's it. Cancelling my BD subscription. Between that and Latest is Beauty I'm £40 a month up which I'll stick into a saving pot in my online bank. Got about £100 in credit to use up now...

I have cancelled. Utterly depressing box and I cant even find stuff to spend my credit on as it is.

The perfume is extremely underwhelming and reminds me of stale linen at my grannies house 40 years ago....

And another bloody slimy, freezing cold face mask I won't use.

I'm actually happy with the rest though! I've never tried Elasticizer, so I'm in a minority by the sounds of it.

That said, is this worth £60 a year? Or even £15 for this specific box? Absolutely not. So I'm out.

I'm sad, as I'd never shopped in Liberty before this and it has been really lovely to be part of this. I've got all new piercing jewellery from Maria Tash, and a few gorgeous pieces of jewellery in the sales.

My box arrived unexpectedly today, so that’s it. I’m out.

Has everyone else found that their cancellation date conveniently falls on their next top up day? So they’re making sure to get one more £25 out of me before I go.

I have also just cancelled. I was hoping the quality would improve with the price increase but this box is just so dull. They must have seen so many cancellations now! I wonder whether the scheme will even continue.
