I’ve got one too. I wonder if they are trying to make it all such a giant pain in the rear for us all that we will all cancel our subscriptions? They must realise that doing so would lead to us all spending significantly less with them though surely.

I received an email too. They have sent me an email with a new BD number, but have no number on my account, just the number attached to the new email. It’s all a bit of a mess!

I've not had an email but just logged in and everything looks ok for me. I unsubscribed with the price hike and my £100 credit is still showing there. I'm desperate to use it but have been totally unimpressed with all the recent kits and GWPs!

You won't be opted out of this email though - it's a safety report about your online account, so they have to be able to tell you things like that.

Sorry, I meant unsubscribed from the beauty drop, not from Liberty emails.

The email said my account hadn't been compromised, but that they were sending me a new beauty drop voucher anyway. Even though I've ended my beauty drop subscription and therefore have no need for one! It just doesn't really make much sense.

I still can’t log in. Emailed Customer Service yesterday and they set me up with a temporary password to log in with and I can’t get that to work either. Have emailed again.

I suspect some of the suspicious activity that prompted their email yesterday has affected my account. I had around £290 credit last time I looked after they took the last payment so hopefully they can sort it!

Just received my box. I'm not even going to try the Malin + Goetz cleanser. I just know it will be drying.

I've just received my box and am very very disappointed in the contents. Each box has got progressively worse since I signed up. The perfume is quite nice, but a teeny tiny sample size is quite stingy. I don't think there's anything else that I will use. I think it's time to cancel my subscription.

just had email that my box is on the way, then two minutes later it arrived! Haven’t opened it yet as I share contents with my dd and we unbox together, but it doesn’t sound as though they are trying to hang on to us. Time to cancel and cash up I think,

Just received my box. I've not been quite as upset by the recent changes as some are but this is quite a disappointing box. If it was free it'd be fine but would I pay £15 for it? No. Need to have a think about whether to continue or not. It just doesn't feel like a treat anymore as I'm looking at the contents and instantly analysing whether I'm happy that it cost me £15.

Damn, I wanted to be so excited by this. I will use all the items but it would have been so good to have had a more generous perfume sample or even a little pack of the range.

Got an email to say box is on the way.. but it also said I'm not subscribed to emails so will only get service emails when I have been receiving promotional emails thus far and have not opted out! 🤦🏻‍♀️ changed address this month and I don't have much faith it'll be sent to the new one...
