Went back in for the smaller size in the trousers @faustina, and added a larger size in the sweater too based on some reviews. And also the soft cotton merino cardigan in blaze. Anyone have that?

@MrsRadichio i tried the Fayre dress and found it tiny on top. I couldn’t make it work even in L, and I am not usually bigger than M in dresses. Too tight on the bust and upper arms. But beautiful otherwise.

sonjadog · 21/03/2024 16:35

I'm having a look now but I don't think there is anything in the sale for me this time. I would get the velvet skirt but I already have it in brown and in oil, so I think that is enough for me of that model.

I want spring and summer clothes now. The winter styles aren't calling to me any more.

faustina · 21/03/2024 16:44

@ScottishMouse - both orders have despatched now. I almost ordered that cotton wool cardigan but the reviews said it was really fitted

I've ordered the cotton loop top in navy and the wool cashmere cardigan in the same colour

also the walnut jacket, and the short padded coat

I'm having a small panic about the mariner jumper now I know you've ordered another size !

Countmeout · 21/03/2024 16:46

I have bought the Alix wool trousers as they’re my favourite trouser.
Graham Street blog had the Fayre dress on it @MrsRadichio . I can’t remember what size it was. Reviews suggest it is very narrow in the bodice from memory.

I think this may be quite close to a chore jacket @Qweesh ( was it you ))

Exciting! I ordered the blue mariner jumper because I have it in brown and it's beautiful. Also some ridiculously expensive socks because now I've discovered quality socks I can't look back.

AmethystMoonShine · 21/03/2024 17:02

Well that was good timing, I just randomly thought to have a quick browse and the sale was live! I was logged in though so maybe just Kindred at the moment?

I also went for the Mariner jumper @faustina

I've ordered the alpaca cardigan in navy that I've had my eye on for ages - I got a very similar one from Brora in their sale. in black and it's lovely, so I'm hoping it is similar.

Then a cheeky boat next top as I wear those loads - but it is the new sizing so I may have messed that up?!

Qweesh · 21/03/2024 17:06

@Countmeout Thats the one I bought!!! I thought it looked a good length.

thank you for thinking of me.

@MrsRadichio I got the blue herringbone jacket and the lime tiered dress

faustina · 21/03/2024 17:11

@lordloveadog could you say how the sizing is on your mariner jumper?

Stoic123 · 21/03/2024 17:18

Stumbled across the sale and bought the Chup socks as I have a pair in another colour and really like them.

Nothing on my very short wish list appeared and nothing else appeals. Good luck with your orders.

Recommend the neat cashmere jumpers (size up).

Gonegrey31 · 21/03/2024 17:22

I’ve bought the herringbone jacket in walnut ( I already have it in the lovely blue). Very versatile piece .

Theteapotsbrokenspout · 21/03/2024 17:48

Nothing I really wanted this time. I'm disappointed by the lack of homeware, although the log basket is lovely but quite small and still ££.
I have ordered the Emma in black but I dithered over the size, reviews suggest this colour comes up a bit small so I ordered the L in the end.

Snowyowl78 · 21/03/2024 19:01

@lordloveadog whats the sizing like on your mariner jumper? Reviews seem to differ….

Popplebop · 21/03/2024 19:20

Well I have succumbed… cashmere blue shoulder button jumper, embroidered collar shirt in green, and pjs. I saw the sneaky ‘sale’ earlier this afternoon and was determined not to buy but here we are 😂

whinsome · 21/03/2024 19:24

Thanks for the heads up! Managed to get in and out early.

I've ordered the cobalt tasselled hat, the A Line Organic Cord Skirt in Toffee (2 sizes), the lime boat neck sweater (I've been coveting this since I missed out on it in the last sale) and a boat neck tee in navy that I'm hoping isn't too small.

mizu · 21/03/2024 19:32

Just spotted 🤩

RockaLock · 21/03/2024 19:41

@faustina yes, I did wonder that - but I was on my train home from London, and the mobile reception is v patchy...

I was still dithering this evening (do I really need another green jumper? Do I like the boots as much as the grenson/cheaney boots that I've been eyeing up recently?).

Then the sale email arrived just as I was leaving to pick up my husband from the station - so I thought sod it, if I don't order now then they might disappear very quickly.

Green flecky wool/cashmere jumper and fracap boots ordered. That's £400 I wasn't planning on spending this month Grin

Nanasueathome · 21/03/2024 19:45

I still have Toast gift cards to spend but sadly none of my wish list items are in the sale
im going to wait
sometimes they add more items or reduce further
there’s nothing I really need
i feel sad now. Was so looking forward to the mini sale

faustina · 21/03/2024 20:00

@RockaLock - glad you managed to get them in the end - it is very irritating when it starts and you're busy. I have found myself sale shopping while on a treadmill a couple of times - not to be recommended! 😁

MiracleToast · 21/03/2024 20:36

@Nanasueathome solidarity, I am in the same boat. Being strict with myself awaiting to see if any of my wishlist appear later.

AvaGardens · 21/03/2024 21:05

Thanks for the heads up @Theteapotsbrokenspout 😃
I only ordered the Boy Tee in Indigo which was on my watchlist, as I spent a lot bit on the Spring collection.
I was feeling very virtuous, but ruined it by also adding the Wax Green Gabi's.
😝

Gosh @faustina this made me chuckle 😁

sonjadog · 22/03/2024 07:49

I have ordered up the green cord skirt and the blue apron dress. Not sure about either but I have been staring at that apron dress since it came out and I decided it was time to give it a go!

the A-line cord? Was tempted by the green too, but have gone for toffee as I'm at the start of rejigging my wardrobe into brighter colours and trying to figure out what might work as neutrals first. Hoping the toffee is a colour that goes with most things. Looking forward to hearing what you think of the colour in real life, it looks really beautiful on screen.

AFingerofFudge · 22/03/2024 10:57

I have the green cord skirt - it is one of the few items I have bought full price. I absolutely love it and wear it loads, it goes with so much. I think you can wear it for 3 seasons and seems really hard wearing.

lordloveadog · 22/03/2024 11:17

@faustina and @Snowyowl78 sorry slow replying. I wear XL or 18 and the mariner fits very nicely. Neater cuts and ones which are small on shoulders or bust don't work on me, but this is good. Not oversized, but not a neat cut.
