Sadly I'm not keen on this on Kate - to me it makes her look too slender. Face and hair great natural look.

I think Kate looks stunning and younger with the lighter touch hair and makeup. Love her sparkly jacket - channeling Chanel vibes?

Kate looks great with more subtle make up. I bet she cringes at her thick black eyeliner of old.

A royal curtains kimono in the flesh! It looks very nicely made, but I won't be bidding - too much money for me.

I try really hard not to criticise, but I really think she needs to change her hair.

Yes! Edgy Kate would make my heart go all aflutter!! But I think she's left it too late now - if she goes too edgy/short it'll age her and sadly I don't think she'd want that.

She could certainly go for a lob, though. Please Kate!!

Kate looking very sophisticated in winter white for this evening carol service. I love this look - really only possible for those who have a no-public-transport lifestyle though! Love the bag and her Van Cleef & Arpels Alhambra earrings (Camilla loves that range and hads a big collection - I wonder if they were a gift at some point from her to Kate?).

The rest of the family is only just starting to arrive, but I see Beatrice has brought her stepson, which is very sweet.
