M&S green cord dress - any thoughts?

Hi, thinking of this - I’m 5 ft 4 and big boobs w small waist - usually a 10 or 12. It’s online only - do you think it would be very voluminous? @AT2435 I am very small chested so worried I'd flash people if I didn't... but I can actually wear it without, it sits quite 'flush' against me, but I do wear a normal nude bra and it only peeks a bit at the v point.
I tried a different NC dress that gaped loads on my chest, I'd have to have worn boob tape to keep it safe.
