hello. Occasional lurker here. I was wondering if anyone has the indigo pinafore v neck. I know the original version in brown was bizarre size wise and even a 14 was too big. Although usually I am 16/18. I believe they have resized this pattern. I have a 36 inch under bust and I guess it depends where the v sits as to what size I am. If anyone has it and has any comments I’d be v grateful!

I wanted to order that dress. Sadly it's OOS in the 14. I have the brown one. Think it's in a 12. This one. I was going to buy my actual size. I think they give the bust measurements from the v on the size chart on the website? I'm.hoping ot comes back in stock.

I’m annoyed as I got 2 of these a few weeks back and now they have both developed a couple of holes and fraying on the cuff of one of them. I’ve sent pics to toast but I’m worried they will say it looks like moth holes. It does look a bit like moth holes but since they’ve barely been in the wardrobe and none of my many traps have caught moths then I don’t think it is. Sad as the navy’s sold out and I really liked them!

I have the old version in navy and downsized twice. I ordered the indigo denim one and the sizing was significantly smaller. It was too tight around the chest for me in the same size as the navy one. The v of the pinafore is just below bustline on me, under bust level. I have sizable boobs though, so it might sit a bit lower on someone else.

Ok yes thank you. That’s good to know. I do have sizeable boobs so was thinking a 16.

Really surprised that the napkins that were missing from my order have now been despatched, I had assumed they were oos. Feel quite guilty now about my uncharitable thoughts about toast stock control 😄.

Amazingly a return I posted on Tuesday has been refunded this afternoon . Fingers crossed all our returns are as straightforward.

My refunds are taking forever!

Things seem to have gone a bit quiet at Toast HQ. I placed two orders on Tuesday but neither has dispatched yet. And there doesn’t seem to be much restocking going on either. I’m keeping an eye out for returns of a few things, but nothing doing so far.@faustina, any luck with the humbug sweater I returned yet?

I have had one order from Tuesday dispatched today/@ScottishMouse but nothing else from that day.

@ScottishMouse - zero luck! I phoned cs yesterday and said you'd had your refund so where was the medium humbug restock and she said nothing so far, try checking on Friday. I haven't noticed any restocks at all! John Lewis on the other hand have just done some further reductions so I bought my annual pair of cashmere lined leather gloves for 16.50 and I'm also trying a pure wool puppy tooth oversized jacket which is only £45

Oh and one of my returns from Tuesday has also been refunded

It's all very slow this year isn't it?

I've got a returns parcel all ready for the post office tomorrow containing a winter parka which was lovely but I'd never have got a decent jumper under it. Then some socks that were underwhelming are going back as well as two cashmere mix jumpers that were lovely but very similar to jumpers I already own and not special enough.

I've got a few orders for paper garlands on the way but still waiting for a dispatch note for the ink frill collar shirt, a cotton pique top and some falke trainer socks which I love and were reduced so I grabbed a pair for summer.

I have got an dispatch note this evening for a re-stock order I placed I think on Monday or Tuesday which was one of the cashmere wraps but in an old colour - a lovely looking green and also some of the Japanese socks as I know I like those.

A cardigan I was hoping would go into the sale hasn't but I cannot justify it at full price so will just have to wait to see if that gets reduced later in the year.

Keepers so far are a cotton scarf in blue/brown, the dark colour wool handwoven scarf which is super warm and soft and looks fab with dark knitwear, a long sleeve slate pique shirt with white buttons and a navy striped wool/tencel long sleeve base layer top which goes under lots of other Toast items so will be well worn.

It's incredibly slow. Slow to dispatch, slow to refund, slow to restock.
I'm waiting on 3 refunds.
One I posted back yesterday but the other two were posted on Saturday morning!

@faustina I’ve been keeping a diligent eye out for the humbug in S, but nothing. Hopefully we manage tomorrow?

I’ve also had only one order dispatch from the new items added this week. @AmethystMoonShine there were a few things I was REALLY hoping would make it to this sale, but no luck. Is it too cheeky to ask if new items might still be added to this sale, or should I ready myself to have to wait another few months?

Good grief it’s slow 😵, my 2 returns I sent back via InPost last Friday haven’t arrived back at Toast yet apparently. And the dress I ordered last Friday has finally been dispatched and is due for delivery tomorrow, I really hope it fits. I don’t think I’ve been less interested in a Toast sale ever, feels weird. Probably also a symptom of buying quite a lot in Autumn I guess.

My order from the 29th was only despatched today, plus the last part of my order from the 30th - I’ve never had a sale order despatched in two separate parts before.
I have one order from the 2nd not fulfilled and I’m also hoping for some returns of items I missed out on.

I’m waiting for a thorn green padded jacket to dispatch and I’m not hopeful as it looked like there was only one in one size pop up. My ochre wrap was dispatched today though so that’s good news!
