£500 M&S order - want to know what I bought?

I know I’m not the only one who thinks M&S are having a great season so thought I would share my huge order - see the photos in the post below. It’s a mix of work wear and casual wear.

I’ve chosen pieces that will work with my version of a capsule autumn/winter wardrobe and will compliment the following items that I seriously love:

Some stuff is sold out or doesn’t have any links because it’s old. Please can you share what’s in your capsule wardrobe to give me some ideas!

@Vikina i really like that, annoyed I didn’t see it yesterday when I placed my order. Would you do a French tuck if wearing with leggings or just let it hang? I have a classic mum tum so typically wear longer sweaters with leggings but trying to get out of my comfort zone.

Love these trousers, are these ones from H&M? What’s the sizing like? I am size 16 on the bottom but find H&M on the small side.

@Lucyintheskywithadiamond yes they are the H&M ones linked in my first post. I also usually find H&M small but these seem to very oversized - you can see what I mean on the website as they look humongous on the model!

suedette leggings ( I did look at the fake leather ones but decided to try the fake suede , not worn them yet) I don;t wear real suede or leather
Green seqinned Christmas Jumper - a Tasteful Christmas Jumper , if such a thing does exist
Waterproof GoodMoves parka which I reckon will be very useful , especially ;ooking at the forecast .I got 20% off with Sparks offer

I've been offered 20% offf womens hats/gloves/scarves on Sparks now .

Thanks they suit you @Mumsanetta & I agree M&S have upped their game or I am getting older so maybe I just reached their demographic!

I like the trousers you've bought but the culottes are horrible!

@70isaLimitNotaTarget we must be on the same Sparks cycle as I also used the 20% of clothing and now have the 20% off hats and scarves. Had no idea I was in for a chance to see Gary Barlow though lol.

What shoes will you wear with your suedette leggings? I’m considering Doc Martens but have never owned a pair and not sure.

I've bought some jeans and tops within the last few weeks and love them. By far the nicest clothes I've found in a high street shop for years.

Today I'm wearing a black t-shirt, black wide leg jeans, grey cropped cardigan and I have chunky books on which are part black and part leopard print, so the belt was just to bring it all together. My boss said I looked great today and she dresses beautifully so I got something right. Have also realised how much black I'm wearing ..... we could be sisters 😂

I've got these, both in black . The lace up boots will be more comfy (and more Doc Martins looking ) but the western boots are cute

@70isaLimitNotaTarget ha! Of course! I’m sad that the black are sold out but I’ve added a notification for new stock just in case. I might try the cream and stonewash in the meantime as they are way better priced than the Hush jeans.
