Why do all fashion bloggers insist on postures that express, "sorry for existiiiiing! Aren't I the cutest doormat you've ever seen?"

My Pinterest feed is full of these women.

I don't think she likes what she's seeing on the phone. She has a disapproving "Those boys have been at it again" expression.

@SkinnyMalinkyLankyLegs and @WetBandits I have been disproportionately infuriated by ‘vulnerable sleeves’ - without having such a great description - for ages now.

Often it’s ring adverts on Facebook and similar like those shown.. but I see girls copying these poses in the pictures they post… drowning in huge jumpers in a “vulnerable way”.

Somewhat off-topic.. another irritation of mine (possible need to take a chill pill) is those social media adds that involve hands and the damn hand models with half-grown-off gel nails. Why??? Why use a hand model who is screaming out for infills… or removal of the damn things?? It’s so frequent it’s ridiculous! Maybe it’s a marking ploy to draw the attention??
