Thanks for the kidney support!❤ 48 hrs on from stopping the statin and feeling loads better. Anxious to get an alternative but happy to not be causing further damage to one key organ whilst trying to protect another.

@Stoic123 ,I think it's laziness that I don't sell on, but it keeps me on my toes when buying things. My silliest purchase this yr has been a chalk coloured pair of DMs. They're so comfortable but i think they look ridiculous. I'm hanging on to them for now. I've tried to look on line for styling ideas but i think I'm not great at interwebbing, i haven't found much.

@BettinaInDenmark I’m not sure about that , it’s plain black with big black buttons , a friend bought the same in brown .
I’m feeling inspired to see how I can style it with some Tpast !

Has @ilovecherries gone on holiday , just wondering after the discussion about how many dresses how many sandals etc you packed ? I go this week. I always fret I haven’t enough footwear for every eventuality. I tend to overpack. On the other hand I was caught out last time as it rained a couple of days (never known before) and I had only packed sandals/ flip flops.

@dudsville - so sorry to hear you haven't been well, but it's nice you're in the process of fixing it. I actually think chalk DMs sound really nice! Are they shoes or boots?

I've only worn them once. Maybe i should just make myself wear them to lunch. I think they suit skinny stuff though and that's not my wardrobe. Any ideas? (Huh, in edit you can't add the pic!)

I’m still here and at the nervous breakdown stage! We are taking our cases to twilight bag drop tonight so I need to be organised by 4pm latest. I’m no longer sure what is even in my case(s). I think because in 5 weeks there might be a significant cooling of weather, it’s stressing me out even more. But Spanish cooling and Scottish cooling is likely to be very different! Anyway, have packed all my Toast linen shorts (3pairs) and 4 linen tanks. Then tee shirts and toast linen trousers. And I’ve no idea how many dresses. And if I’m cold I will just need to buy myself a jumper!

I got the gingham shirt in a large in the end and kept it, it’s lovely and very versatile in how it can be worn. I’ve forgotten who was going to try it too.

Thanks for the boots boost! I wore them to brunch with the alder dress and felt they worked really well. Before deciding on the dress I tried a bunch of trousers and decided the boots need dresses or cropped trousers.
