Seriously, am I meant to be wearing suntan lotion every day?

It seems that I am doing something really wrong here, because I am not wearing SPF every day. I've tried to find one that is light, and in the past I have had face creams and foundations with SPF 15 in them, but I just can't seem to tolerate getting up in the morning and slapping on sun tan lotion under my makeup before I go out in the winter. It would break me out in greasy spots.

Am I doomed? I am wearing toner, serum, and moisturiser, but not putting a layer of SPF on. I know it is about UV rays I can't see, but I don't have many wrinkles or sun damage as I've had my skin analysed tested.

I wear Nivea anti age factor 50 each day to stop age spots as well as Skin cancer.

But, doesn't bright sunlight bother you, especially if reflected by snow, water or sand?

Men don't and no one lectures them.

It's just another way the S+B industry try to rinse money out of women. Deep seated misogyny.

Just ignore.

Total nonsense .

My partner wears sunscreen everyday on his face .

Derms recommend everyone does

You just need to find the right product ( sunscreen in moisturizer and makeup doesn't count as you don't apply enough to get the spf coverage )

It does, but i don't drive so have the choice to avert my eyes. I just need to buy a heap of them and have them all over the place, as with the sun cream.

Try Korean websites. Asian sunscreens are light years ahead.

This.

If I know I'm going to be outdoors for a long period of time at the height of Summer then I will wear an SPF. But I prefer to stay out of the sun and keep in the shade. I certainly have never deliberately tanned my face since I was a teenager. I'm mid fifties and have no wrinkles as yet, just faint lines on my forehead.

I have concerns about some of the nasty junk in sunscreen and the fact it has hormone altering properties.

I use tret so i do use spf 50 everyday. I don't have dry skin so I just use a facial spf instead of my moisturiser
