Late to the party, but Camilla looked great in everything she wore. The navy was my favourite, probably because she paired a Darth Vader cape with those gorgeous sapphires - style goals!

Loved Rania's look.

Kate looks good in her boot leg jeans. I bought some last year and re embraced my 90s teen days. Oh and I love a scrunchie.

It must be a wig, surely. Not many 70 year olds have thick hair like that.

Loads of people in my family have thick hair - well beyond 70! My aunt had a fabulous head of thick hair until she died at 98. Ageing doesn't necessarily mean thinning hair.

Plus, Camilla is 75. Great hair.

I’m the same age as Mme. Macron (well, three months younger) and my hair is as thick as (and longer than) hers. Jill Biden is another 70-something with plenty of hair.

I'm coming to the conclusion that Meghan buys clothes on the basis of what they look like on the model rather than what suits her body shape. That cloak is drowning her and recently many of her dresses are too long for her height.

I actually don't mind the cape on Meghan!

Ok fellow cape lovers, any shopping suggestions that are reasonably priced? I'm very much a sale shopper.

I just hate that dog tooth check dress on Kate. Normally she looks so stylish, but the high frumpy neck, the mid calf length and the nothingness of the shape. A big no from me.

I just wish Kate would go on the knee or just below, or have some fit and flare going on these days. She's very slender and this look just makes her look very shapeless. It looked like something even my gran would balk at.

I did like Meghan's poncho though, very appropriate and stylish.

PS. I'm not a meghan fan by any means, but call it as I see it.

As ever, Meghan's taste in shoes can't be faulted. The Manolos she wore with the cape are gorgeous, if vertiginous!

I think Mme Macron has some fake hair - as do many royals and celebs. For example Kate and Princess Sofia (in the photo above).

The style I like is actually a ruana. Very easy to throw on and off in the vagaries of US Deep South fall and winter. My Black Watch one is similar to this:

I like Meghan's coat (is it a Cape?), even her forearms are polished looking! I'd like it in a different colour (and price!) for myself.

CPM - nice look overall, the loose trousers debate continues. I would say that these work because the fabric is quite soft and doesn't swamp her. I think sometimes the bagginess is overwhelming. When I was a lass we called this style Oxford Bags.

I could see Meghan wearing that cape in cooler weather with elbow-length gloves. She wore a pair to HMQ's funeral with a capes dress and it was a very elegant look.

Vinted is your friend. They are perfect for WFH and you need to look like you've made effort while keeping warm.
Bought one last year to try out and currently looking for more. May need to search for poncho then filter out 😊
