I think she left the tint on a bit too long!

Leti loves her Carolina Herrera shoes and accessories, and who can blame her. Elegant as ever, but I'm not keen on the shiny fabric.

Camilla looking fabulous again in Bordeaux today.

Would love to know what's being said in this conversation though.

Well. I'm glad to see them paying attention to Mjr Johnny. He's in charge 🏅

Ooooooo j'adore that blue on Camilla!

63WarwickAvenue · 22/09/2023 19:36

I wish she'd smile occasionally too

Mme Macron is normally very smiley, bubbly and seems to put her guests at ease. She's probably fed up of being on show and having her appearance scrutinised and randoms on the internet saying she should smile more.

Eaumyword · 22/09/2023 21:03

Cams continues to look fab and I love Leti's grey silky dress.

Vitriolinsanity · 22/09/2023 21:08

Checking in and thank you for the new thread.

Vitriolinsanity · 22/09/2023 21:10

I'm always distracted by Mme Macrons shoulders. It is as though she has a permanent shrug.

Vitriolinsanity · 22/09/2023 21:17

The Camilla sapphires are devine, @Maireas could you pop those on my spreadsheet entry next to my entry for the st Edward's crown. I'm invoking my z Elizabeth Taylor privilege that one can never be vulgar in real jewels.

I think it's just where her hair ends making her look like that because when it's up she doesn't

DontForgetTheYakMilk · 22/09/2023 22:04

Re BM shoulders/shrug - I always think she either has poor posture, or possibly issues with her spine, maybe osteoporosis? Alternatively, she might just be very uncomfortable being in public. Combined with the hair it always means she looks a bit off to me - notwithstanding the fabulous figure and the clothes.

They certainly are divine. Real jewels are never vulgar!

She always looks as though she has no neck. I don’t think the hair helps.

Maireas · 23/09/2023 06:51

Oh, poor Brigitte. How difficult it must be for a woman in the public eye, thrust into a role because of who they married! I think she's very petite and does favour a boxy style. I loved her red jacket and I thought the deep blue evening gown at Versailles was gorgeous, and very elegant. I also thought the updo was very flattering.

Although I can't work out what the metallic thing was on the neck of her last outfit.

Can I just pick up something from the last thread? Who would be better to 'christen' the new ship 'Vox Alexia' than Princess Alexia herself? Namesake after all (one of the triplet hopper dredgers Vox Apolonia, Vox Ariane and Vox Alexia).

As you were.

Maireas · 23/09/2023 08:16

Alexia should name it!

Isn't Camilla patron of the Osteoporosis Society ?
Her mother suffered very badly with it.
I think @JaneJeffer is right re hair and shoulders.

I know I shouldn't say it on here but I think the Macrons marriage is very very odd different to the norm.

KillingMeDeftly · 23/09/2023 08:53

I know what you mean @LadyEloise1. It's not the age gap, lots of men marry women 20 years younger and no one blinks an eye, but she was his teacher! Still, their marriage ensures and they seem happy, so vive La France!

KillingMeDeftly · 23/09/2023 08:55

Given the bootcut jeans, you'd be forgiven for thinking this was a photo of Kate circa 2006. But no, it's one taken at George's football match earlier this week!

Oh I miss bootcut jeans, I love them way more than skinnies. I'm going to get some this winter.

Serenster · 23/09/2023 10:05

Bootcut jeans are back! I bought a pair from a “Fashion” brand earlier this month. 😀
