Stitch fix to close

I'm a bit gutted for them. I think the idea was good but somehow missed the mark. I sent all my last box back but have had great nuggets of items in the past. I liked having it posted too.

I did! I selected two items and because the others were so awful, I wasn’t prepared to pay full price.

i don’t know whether to give them one last try…

I am toying with one last Fix - my first couple were great, but I cancelled in June after receiving what I’m sure was the wrong box as it had none of my preview items and was just not me at all.

I did end up keeping a White Stuff t-shirt but only because it was fine and it was £22 quid so basically only an extra £12 after paying the £10, but I wouldn’t have bought it in the shop.

I also found my Editor’s Cut jeans wore out really fast - ive had them since April and the are super soft and getting worn frayed marks on the seam - i don’t wear them constantly!

Nightmare.. I can't remember do you get the £10 back if you don't keep any?

Ohhh yes I had some jeans that didn't last long at all and they weren't cheap!

I've just ordered a final box for the potential discount after not trying for a while...I've usually kept at least one or two nice things, but I always specify that I don't like animal print (I actually don't mind some / subtle but I didn't particularly want any ). My last box had 4 of the 5 options... in bloody animal print! I did get my £10 back as a credit when I complained, in fairness.

Hoping I don't get a load of tat but expectations are low!

well it's not my fault if they're going bust - I was having monthly boxes and keeping nearly everything in lockdown when we couldn't get to the shops!
I've reduced the number of boxes I get as I was spending a fortune, so not sure whether to try and get lucky with one last fix.
There have been more polyester blouses than I could ever need, but I've ended up keeping because the discount made it worth it, but I have had some great boots and trainers, leather and denim jackets that I love, and another yay for Liverpool Los Angeles, whose jeans fit beautifully and have just the right amount of stretch.

@Rhythmisadancer Yes, I got boxes every two months and kept saying that I didn’t need any more black trousers as I’d already bought two pairs from them as they’re useful for work.

Every bloomin’ Preview has included a pair of black trousers. 😂

Not only was my box extremely disappointing, the whistles jumper they sent is actually cheaper on the whistles website and elsewhere! Feel a bit cheated!

I received my first box today. Tbh it was ok - I like plain colours rather than patterns, which they kept to, three jumpers which were ideal for me, a pair of trousers which will be ok for work (but no pockets Sad) but then a random sleeveless top (I definitely had no sleeveless on my profile, but one did out of five isn't bad)

I worked out it was cheaper to keep everything (at 70% off) than return one and get only 50% off...

That doesn’t surprise me. First couple I got were great. But the last two I sent everything back, gave feedback, no comment at all. They sent me literally the opposite of what I wanted. Really not good enough for the price.

How many previews do you get? I got one preview which was absolutely rubbish wrote back with quite the negative response I have a box to collect tomorrow but didn't get another preview.

Gutted to hear this! I didn't use them all the time but they were great for gaps in the wardrobe. I kept all of the box.

I always meant to do this, but never got round to it. So signed up for my first box when I saw this thread. Just got the preview and was happy with three items. Some of them were bloody awful though! Interested to see what actually arrives.

I kept two coats from the preview and rejected the rest. It wasn't the higher price brackets I'd asked for at all which was disappointing.

Just been through my box and it’s very disappointing. I’m keeping one thing and only because of the discount. Lots of cheap acrylic and some shoes that my year 8s would wear to school. I spend ages giving feedback and being really clear about what I want and nobody reads it.

As usual I think the men's stuff is better than the women's. My DH got his box today, three Autumn shirts, a polo shirt and some straight jeans and he's keeping it all for £59 with the 70% discount.

I think the preview arrived Tuesday and he rejected three items for being skinny jeans which they are a bit obsessed with.

I've tried them before twice and kept nothing both times
