I'm a bit gutted for them. I think the idea was good but somehow missed the mark. I sent all my last box back but have had great nuggets of items in the past. I liked having it posted too.

Mine is meant to be due Friday but it hasn't been despatched yet.

Cyclingmummy1 · 06/09/2023 16:38

Mine is due on Friday too. My husband's was due on Monday and hasn't arrived yet so I'm not hopeful for Friday.

fabmaccawhackythumbsaloft · 06/09/2023 16:43

Lamelie that box is fab

I rather suspect mine won't be as good as I've asked for size 14

AnneShirleysNewDress · 06/09/2023 17:02

I had a box last week - I got a midi skirt, jeans, boots, a jumper and a shirt. I wasn't keen on the shirt but DSD has taken it. The rest was really lovely and I paid a grand total of £86.50.

AtomicBlondeRose · 06/09/2023 17:27

I got my first box today - I’m keeping it all as it’s cheaper to keep everything at 70% off than 4 at 50% and I did like it all. Anyway it’s a full box for £65 which is good value as one of the things was a French Connection blazer-y thing which will be great for work. A nice floral dress which I wouldn’t have bought but looks great on me. A big chunky cowl neck jumper that I like, a lighter navy one which is fine and I will wear and a pull-on navy skirt which is my style. I’m happy with it and will definitely get at least one more box before they close.

SheSawSeaShore · 07/09/2023 06:34

I’ve ordered a box for the first time - I’ve nearly done it before but never gone for it and looks like this is my last chance! I’ve had my preview and liked 2 of the items so that feels like a promising start. I had a £10 credit so even if everything goes back I don’t think I have to pay anything. Not sure if I get that £10 off the price of anything I keep though?

Its’s due next Wednesday but sounds like there are some delays - I bet they’ve got more customers than ever at the moment!

Moneymonkey · 07/09/2023 11:54

I had my box this morning- I'm keeping everything (exchanging the jeans as they were too big for a smaller size), but everything was pretty good! Full price was £550; paid £164 - which I think is good for 5 items Grin

Oops forgot the price of the jeans - they were £173 full price

Mine has been despatched and it looks awful. Full of things I always reject on their style quizzes!

MelonsOnSaleAgain · 07/09/2023 17:01

Colour me surprised. I like everything and it all fits. Booked another for October!

Cyclingmummy1 · 07/09/2023 17:50

DH's has arrived - he's not tried it yet and thinks it's expensive but there are a couple of nice jumpers.

Mine has been dispatched. I've got some credit so hoping for a couple of decent items.

AlwaysGinPlease · 07/09/2023 21:01

@Lamelie and @Moneymonkey

Some really lovely stuff there!

I'm not sure what to do re prices. Did you put yours up for the last boxes? I'm tempted as like most people I have two more boxes left

Moneymonkey · 07/09/2023 21:56

@AlwaysGinPlease I did - I put mine up to around £200 for each category - mainly because I thought even if you got 5 items at that rate (£1000), you're only actually paying £60 each item if you keep everything. So it felt like a good opportunity to get expensive clothes I probably would never buy otherwise

bigbadbarry · 08/09/2023 07:41

Mine does not look promising. Too many jumpers. I’ve rejected several and fingers crossed they have another rummage in the warehouse and find something a bit better. Has anybody tried lookiero? Any good?

AlwaysGinPlease · 08/09/2023 09:13

@Moneymonkey thank you, good thinking. I've adjusted mine 😊

Seasidesusy · 08/09/2023 09:18

If anyone wants to try a box you can get £15 off with this code - https://www.stitchfix.co.uk/invite/tb8m8zw5cr?utm_campaign=InviteReferral&sod=m&som=c
I’ve just had my first box. I liked 4/5 of the items but kept them all and sold the 5th on Vinted for a third of the price of the whole box.

My box arrived and wasn’t great. One of the items I requested from the preview wasn’t there so maybe that was what the delay was about. I’m keeping the 2 things I chose in the preview and the rest is going back.

ChicoryDip · 08/09/2023 12:52

Pleasantly surprised by the box that arrived and worth keeping all 5x items given that it's a £175 discount and I'll wear everything.

Nothing particularly radical but good basics in fairly neutral colours. 2x fine knit jumpers (1x navy and white stripes and 1x burgundy), a pleated burgundy midi skirt in a nice material and 2x knitted dresses that will work for winter with tights and boots.

Cyclingmummy1 · 08/09/2023 20:13

Mine's pretty good. I like both the coats and because they are the high ticket items, it's cheaper to keep both and get 70% off. I might list both on vinted and keep the one that doesn't sell.

There's a Hobbs jumper in a blue that I wouldn't have tried but it quite suits me, a dress from MSCH which is lovely and a basic stretch top from Hush with a floral pattern that I'll wear to work. The dress will probably be work wear as well.

It's around £160 in total and I've £60 credit (thank you) so 100 quid to pay and if I can sell one of the coats I'll be delighted.

I'm ordering another box - and so is DH who kept all of his(!) - there was a beautiful teal fine knit jumper and a quarter zip top which are worth what he paid in total.

freetheunicorn1 · 08/09/2023 22:01

Box due tomorrow and although I am not impressed I think if everything fits it is worth keeping it all for the discount.

A jumper I choose on the preview
Sweaty Betty leggings - ok but I only wear stuff like that to exercise and have plenty
Jacket - don't like it but will be fine to walk the dog
A blouse I can wear to work but it is meh
A jumper that I can wear in the winter but wouldn't choose

Works out about £85 so disappointing but a good deal

fabmaccawhackythumbsaloft · 09/09/2023 13:38

Mine hadn't turned up

Fallulah · 09/09/2023 14:34

I have two boxes left before they close so I’ve put my budget up too to try and avoid all the own brand Editor’s cut stuff.
I am at the top of their sizing so I think they struggle with me!

Cyclingmummy1 · 09/09/2023 16:48

Has anyone tried Outfittery? It's popped up in my feed today - looks like the same idea.

Me too - I only had own-brand stuff in my last box, not sure how much branded stuff they have in a size 18
