Nothing is really grabbing me at the moment apart from the Anthropologie a/c & Harrods Perfume a/c.

Looking forward to seeing what JL & M&S have to offer

@NoAprilFool you are right the sizes have now been added. Actually I think they are not bad . Quite a few proper full sizes there.

Space NK and Next contents are now on the beauty advent calendar site with details of sizes.

I rather like the look of the Space NK - quite a few full size items, and a nice mix of skincare, make up and haircare.

I am leaning heavily towards the F and M, lots of lovely bath products which I like, I find there is a limit to the amount of stuff I can put on my face whereas I can always use up and enjoy bath smellies, and candles . Just waiting for the email to say it is available now.

The only issue is that I was going to buy it for my dd, but having seen it I want it for myself, if only F and M would do a deal with Liberty and accept my Liberty credit!

Just looked at the Space NK again, and noticed that the rose gold eye mask is a pack of three, so that makes it 35 products in the box.

The space NK calendar contents look very similar to last years Cult Beauty.

I’m struggling to get excited for calendars this year but enjoying the thread nonetheless.

@Pinenu I was just thinking the same! I had cult beauty last year and there’s definitely a lot of repeats in Space nk this time around! That said, it’s nice to see so many large/full sizes in space nk - I feel like they often sneak in samples which put me off buying theirs last year.

I’m holding out for cult beauty and JL as I haven’t seen anything else so far that’s excited me. These are the only threads I ever post on so I need a good calendar or I’ll feel lost!

I’ve realised I’ve gotten too spoilt with calanders. I always liked the way there was a good Kate Somerville product, BS product and medik8 product in space nk but both the BS and Kate Somerville is cleansers this year along with another farmacy cleanser which has kind of disappointed me. Love the medik8 product this year still.

cant wait see CB. I don’t know why I get so excited seeing all these but it’s my happy place for sure x

I’ve now updated my spreadsheet for Harrods, F&M and Space NK. It’s a real mixed bag this year - none are coming out as must-buys yet. On my analysis so far Space NK is best value, but F&M has more products I actively want to try.

I like the look of space nk this year, this is the benefit of not having one for a few years -
they get very samey when you get them every year which I had done until about 3 years ago and then I stopped buying them so this ticks lots of boxes for me, enough stuff in there that I either know I like and would repurchase or that I wanted to try at some point.

I like the look of space nk. I like a good cleanser and there are 3 good sized ones. Like the hour glass lipstick and there's a full size Paula's Choice product that I haven't tried.

The main DoDs for me are the Charlotte Tilbury palette and the mini candle. Also, I already have several of the products.

Seems to have been quite a big price hike too. I think it was £215 last year. That said, I've never paid full price for a space nk calendar. Last year there was a deal around Black Friday and picked it up for around £154.

Oh, there's a black eyeliner which is also a DoD.

I think I still prefer Harrods but space nk is a definite contender

Tilbury palette unlikely to suit but should be easy to find some one to give to sell it onto that’ll be pleased. Paula’s choice is good.

I had the Tilbury palette in HL last year. It's actually surprisingly nice. I don't want another though, as it will take me years to use the one I have.

I love this thread! I could be tempted by SpaceNK, most of it is stuff I will use. Holding out for HN again, though, as I loved it last year.

I could be swayed by Space NK, it’s my favourite so far. I love summer Fridays cloud dew moisturiser so I’d be interested in trying the jet lag. The farmacy cleanser is nice and I’ve been wanting to try Sunday Riley’s CEO for ages. Also most of the make up looks really wearable.

Really not interested in the rather gross looking lip treatment or the wet look lip gloss though.

I’ll wait to see the offerings from CB and JL then decide!

This year is interesting. For me there is no stand out so far. Harrods probably has the most items I would love to try or do love. But it also has 7 or 8 doors of stuff I have loads of or don’t like/need ( REN tonic, Bobbi brown, NARS I could go on) so would be looking at giving away or selling ( would that happen or will it linger in a box?) .
I will see what Cult or John Lewis brings but I am not hopeful for John Lewis unless they really mix it up.
They tend to be quite formulaic like Liberty with the same brands appearing (neom, floral street, elemis, aromatherapy associates, Charlotte tilbury) all great brands but no excitement with the odd curve ball thrown in . Fingers crossed they pull it out the bag this year
Otherwise I may just get a cheapie for the novelty. I am quite drawn to the Anthropology calander at the moment . Small sizes but nice mix of stuff i would use or the old faithful M&S
